The technician was quick and efficient. Happy with the work done. Dispatch was responsive overall. Need to narrow work window on day of service. Seven hours is too wide of a window.

Great experience with scheduling and tech. Everything went exactly as you would hope. All issues fixed same visit. Would happily recommend this company and use services again.

Drip Plumbing did an outstanding job replacing my water heater. The situation was complicated by my warranty company providing incorrect information, but the Drip Plumbing team handled everything professionally, patiently, and with integrity. They took the time to explain the issue, kept me informed every step of the way, and ensured the job was completed correctly.

Their customer service, communication, and workmanship were top-notch. Even though the problem was not caused by them, they remained helpful and solution-focused throughout the entire process. I truly appreciate their honesty and dedication to doing things right.

The guys at Drip Plumbing were great to work with. We had a water heater go out and wanted to upgrade it with a tankless water heater. Haiden answered all of our questions and had it replaced within a few days. They were on time for the job, courteous, and even went above and beyond by cleaning up some of the old water heater parts that were left laying around. Will definitely be using the guys at Drip Plumbing for any of our plumbing needs.

Great service and friendly staff. Dylan repaired a leaking faucet and also serviced our water heater. We will definitely use them again.

Do not work with Drip plumbing if you are connected with them by home warranty. They ask you to pay huge not covered charges even though home warranty covers 100% for water heater tank replacement. They just want cash from end users . I replaced water heater with my plumber and he completed it in 1 hr only. Replaced cold and and hot water lines and needed parts.

Review update 12/14: Drip plumbing company owner Haiden personally contacted me and discussed what was happened. Home warranty company was taking more time to replace water heater. They were planning to replace water heater on Dec 20-25 that’s the reason I choose my own plumber. Ultimately, I paid same amount of money to my plumber. However, he replaced water heater in 1 day. I would like to thank Haiden for personally contacting me and understanding what was happened.

They were nice and got the problem fixed. They came out a first time and tried to clear a blockage but were unable to. Told me they would reach out to schedule a camera to come see what/where the blockage was. Before they left they never told me to not use my sink or the dishwasher. I had used them before they came with no issue. When I ran the dishwasher it filled my kitchen sink halfway up and then leaked all over my kitchen and under my cabinets. They sent out a company to do an evaluation of the damage and did everything to remedy the situation. I would recommend them!

Had a water heater issue and thru my Home Warranty got connected with Drip. Outstanding service. Great communication. incredibly thorough & professional. Got in, identified the problem and had it repaired in about 40 minutes time. No upselling or add ons attempted which is always appreciated. Work with them confidently knowing you'll get great service.

I apologize for not remembering the plumbers name. He was professional and explained everything so I understood what the next steps will be. If I have plumbing issues in the future or family and friends need a plumbers I would recommend Drip Plumbing.

Worked with Crew at Drip plumbing twice now. First was a new hot water heater and supply lines to all fixtures in the house and second was a simple tub spout. Both jobs were done quickly, clean, and very detail oriented. Great company would highly recommend

it was so cool because it turned out that I know Crew!s mom and dad. When I saw him, I knew he reminded me of someone. Anyhow, Crew was Very efficient. Very polite very friendly. I sought advice concerning an RO system and he gave me some good counsel on that as well. Really good job. Excellent.

This was our first experience with Drip Plumbing and they were great! They called back quickly to schedule our appointment . Got it scheduled for the next morning. The tech called 30 minutes ahead to let us know that he was on his way. (very much appreciated) and he was efficient and courteous. Definitely a thumbs 👍

They did a good job and were nice, but screwed me out of home warranty coverage because they misconstrued my property as a duplex even though it is not. I need it fixed.

So today I unfortunately got the bad news that our Water heater needs to be replaced from Calvin. He was very professional, courteous and informative. I was hoping it was just the gas valve that needed replacing but when we went to the heater, it was leaking water and the entire burner area was flooded! He took care of getting us set while we await a new one from our home warranty. Great company getting us squeezed in on the weekend to help our situation! Our home warranty HSA covered the water heater and up to $250 of the necessary modifications and labor. We have to cover $485 for the new pipes, valves, pan and exhaust flute to bring to code. Still a lot less than it would have cost!

*Update* ... They installed the heater 4 business days after the initial diagnosis. Installer was quick and did a great job. My only gripe was the ability to get the job scheduled. I had called on Monday after contacting the Home Warranty and they had contacted Drip. I gave them several hours to call me and decided to call them. No one would answer and I'd leave a message but got no call back. Next day, no response, so I had to message the initial guy who came Calvin, to ask the office to call me to get me on the schedule. Not sure if they were closed for MLK day on Monday, but administravely the lack of communication could improve. Both techs were great and did a great job though!

Although there was an initial delay, Drip Plumbing truly exceeded my expectations in how they handled it. The owner, H. Hendricks, personally called me to ensure my plumbing needs were taken care of and even offered a discount for the inconvenience, which spoke volumes about his integrity and commitment to customer service. The technician was extremely courteous, professional, and worked efficiently, installing all parts in an expedient manner. I really appreciated the accountability, professionalism, and quality of service. I would absolutely recommend Drip Plumbing.

The level of professionalism with this company was amazing from Sue to Calvin loved working with them. They’re prompt callbacks and quick response to the house was amazing. Highly recommend.
