I had a couple of issues - a gas fireplace that wouldn’t light and a broken hose bib. I was able to get an appointment the next day. Joe, Greg and Dom were polite, friendly and extremely neat. They explained everything they were doing.
When they tackled the fireplace, they found that the way it had been set up was not only against code, but potentially quite dangerous. I had them do new inserts for both the fireplaces and now they work on remote controls amd I have peace of mind. I highly recommend Now Plumbing.

Joe, John and Kaiden were very efficient and neat. Thay were scheduled to fix our fireplace and they came a week early and got the job done. Also they were very knowledgeable about the fireplace. Highly recommend them!

Our Gas company referred us to Now Plumbing after we had contacted various Plumbing services and the were unable to help. We had a great experience they are very knowledgeable and have many years of experience. Greg and Johnathan answered all our questions, and went above and beyond to accommodate and explain all of the procedures. They where upfront with pricing and provided photos and an itemized receipt which we personally appreciate.

Great job by Now Plumbing. We moved into a new house and had a handful of things that needed to be fixed or replaced. Greg and Johnathan were thorough, professional, communicative, and followed up after the work was done to make sure we were happy. Will be calling them again in the future.

Greg and his team at Now Plumbing were amazing. We were working with another plumber that failed to show for multiple days. When I called Now Plumbing, they got me scheduled within 24 hours and even offered sooner service, however, our needs were not an emergency.
As promised, they arrived the next day within their estimated arrival window and with a 20 minute heads up prior to arrival!
They introduced themselves by name at the front door and were wearing uniforms that identified their company.
Upon entering my home they put disposable coverings over their shoes, which was a nice touch from a plumber.
They performed the work to our bathrooms efficiently and informed me of our options prior to proceeding with work. They did all of this with a carpet rolled out that they could lean on, and even sprayed freshener to leave our bathrooms smelling better than before they arrived!!
I also want to mention that the truck they arrived in had hundreds and hundreds of parts for almost any common plumbing job. This is a nice touch that is expensive for a business owner to maintain, but offers professional and efficient options for the customer.
I would highly recommend Now Plumbing to anyone. They will be our new plumbers for life!

My water heater broke the day before and they came out next day in afternoon and I got a new comparable water heater installed. Didn't know water heaters cost so much after professional install. $1350 later got a comparable water heater to mine that was damaged internally and was barely still under it's 6yr warranty. So this was warranty worked done and I went from a 40 gal tank to a 50 gal water heater. So I guess a plus. I just hope this one lasts another 6 years or longer. The plumber Joe was very knowledgeable and got to talking about a lot of stuff about his trade so it was great source of knowledge. He answered all my questions and also had an apprentice who did most of the work named Greg. Overall a great 👍 install job and now I got hot water again.

Called in morning after waking up to water on floor in garage and No hot water. By 5pm that evening a new softener installed, extra labor done to replace faulty valves, metal hoses etc. They even helped with a kitchen faucet problem at no charge and additional work done on pipes that were inside wall at no charge. Dependable, friendly, explained everything before and after and I feel very satisfied with the whole experience!!!! Thank you Greg, Jonathan and Kaiden

When you need someone who REALLY knows fireplaces & plumbing, these are the guys. Very pleased with their timeliness, quality of work, knowledge, and courtesy. Be prepared for the price tag. This work doesn’t come cheap.
