Holly Plumbing was absolutely AMAZING!! I knew we had an issue - but my fiancé wanted to “check it out” before I called anyone. After one of our kids flushed a large bouncy ball down the toilet, we contacted Holly Plumbing to help with the clog. We received excellent customer service from Kristin, she was able to have Joe come over the same afternoon. Joe came within the window given and took the time to explain everything he was doing step by step. He went over different options and prices before doing any of the work. He was reasonably priced and took the time to do the job right, he even found another toy stuck in the drain. I called Holly Plumbing because my garage was filled with water due to my water softener leaking. They responded immediately and Joe came out within 2 hours. He immediately was able to diagnose he problem and by the next day had an invoice with the cost of repairs. This is a family business and you will receive excellent and very friendly communication and service. The repair was done quickly. I highly recommend Holly Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs. Fantastic work! The gentleman did a couple of projects for us, one of which was locating a buried sewer cleanout. Another plumbing company had previously come out and told us where it was, and was going to charge us a lot of money to dig it up and raise it to the surface. As it turns out, the other company was wrong about where the cleanout was located. Holly identified the actual cleanout location, dug down to uncover it, and raised it to the surface very quickly and for a very reasonable price. We have found our plumbing company!

This was my first experience with Holly Plumbing. I was referred to them by another company in the industry that did not have the same capabilities of Holly. From the onset, Kristen answered the phone and was efficient and pleasant. She did a great job of scheduling at a time that was convenient for me. There was very good follow-up every step of the way. When Joe arrived, He was friendly and got right to assessing my issue. After discussion, he promptly fixed my problem with ease. He is very knowledgeable about his field which is a comfort. We just had a new soft water tank installed by Holly Plumbing. Joe is remarkable! He is a hard worker and truly cares about doing the best job. He even added a hose hook up at no extra so when we wash our cars we won’t have hard water spots to deal with. It’s hard to find this kind of work ethics these days!!!
