Mike was professional, pleasant, knowledgeable and easy to work with. We will call JB Water again should we need plumbing services.

First, they came highly recommended from a neighbor I trust after they had done work in her home. Today, Chris replaced my kitchen faucet. He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. It really makes a difference when hiring a professional. Two weeks ago, a different plumber from their shop (Joe), was here on another matter. He was also knowledgeable and friendly. On top of that, their office personnel were extremely helpful and friendly when I needed to reschedule because I was waiting on a new faucet. I would highly recommend this shop based on both the quality work they have done as well as their friendly & knowledgeable employees. I highly recommend them!

Someone came and turned our water on full blast and flooded the front and the backyard by the air conditioning units. Luckily, we caught them on camera and Dave with JB Water came within 30 mins to fix the problem. He even gave us a free inspection on the rest of our plumbing! 5 stars for Dave and 5 stars for JB Water!

Joe, the service tech was professional, knowledgeable, and informative. This company was recommended as trustworthy from another plumber in a different part of town. I would highly recommend their services. They informed me of the price of any service they performed.

Technician, Mike, very professional and explained everything that was being done and what the problem was. Once issue was repaired walked through and made sure everything was working properly with no other concerns.

This vendor was a trusted and preferred vendor for years but a recent change in management, staff and technicians has completely destroyed their business model, quality and customer service. Today we sent a recall to a work order where the technician cut the condensation and was allowing it to leak in a home causing significant secondary damage. Staff told me they were not willing to go back out because the repair was too difficult and the only way they would go back out is if we agreed to replace the unit. When I asked questions and tried to get more information the staff member rudely replied that was that and hung up on me. We dispatched a different company. We manage just shy of 300 single family residential homes and will no longer be doing business with JB Water, JB Water & Air or recommending this company.

Chris and partner were wonderful. Very professional and answered all my questions. I was unsure how the process was with Home Depot and they took care of all take down, take back to store, buying and loading, and delivery with the installation. Talked with Joe regarding a quote for our water heater replacement. He replied promptly and was friendly and knowledgeable of their products.

JB Water has provided exceptional services. The house is older and required some upgrading….new water heater, water main riser and water purifier/softener. The crew at JB were very professional. They provided understanding about what was required and why. They answered every question. Dallen, Robin, Angel and Chris were all great. Also recommend the membership,The services provided with this membership will be an extra step for peace of mind at a great value.

Did a long test on kitchen sink due to it leaking to see what was going on. Went over everything sink wise.
Very detailed and did inspection on all plumbing. Gave great knowledge and tips for plumbing especially on what to do and not to do.

Mike showed up promptly and was able to fix substantial corrosion and compromised wax seal and gasket on a second floor toilet. Debris had to be cleared around the opening and some chiselng of tile done as well and debris was managed well and cleanup afterwards was not significant, which was appreciated.

I had a leak under my sink the night before Christmas Eve. Mike from JB handled the maintenance the next day. He was thorough and not only explained, but showed by demonstration. He also explained preventative measures to avoid any future plumbing issues. Thanks again, Mike!

JB Water and air installed our soft water filter a year ago. I was having some trouble changing the filter for the first time. The tech came out and showed me all that I need to do and look out for in the future. It's a pretty easy process it turns out and now I will be able to do it in the future. Tech was friendly and informative.

Mike was great! Very kind and professional. We had a clogged sink at the Tavalo community for a few days and Mike was able to get out in a just a few hours of getting the call. Definitely recommend!
