Service provider Caleb came out today to replace our kitchen faucet! Thank You so much Caleb for your knowledge and know how. Turned out to be a little more work than he anticipated but was able to get it all done in reasonable time. Caleb checked our entire property for any preventative maintenance that we should have done as our home was built in the 80s. He was informative and more than helpful. Super friendly guy! Would recommend and requests him again & again!

Joe was very personable and a professional. Did a great job explaining everything I needed to know in terms i could understand. Fair price for the work as well.

Mason was very helpful. We had a bit of issue with the depth of our new sink and the height of the drainage pipe. He provided some solutions and an option to correct this if we have a problem in the future.

Mike was super friendly and replaced our water heater in less than 30 minutes! Also very transparent about the process and taught us a few plumbing tips while he was here!

Their tech Chris came out to our property for an inspection and estimate. Provided beyond great service and is very knowledgeable. Great company definitely will be recommending to my community & family!

Christina took my call and worked out a plan to get someone out here as soon as she could. 30 mins after our call, she called me back and mentioned Chris would be out here first thing in the morning to help. We had a problem wIth our toilet and Michael came and fixed it.. He was friendly and fast.. I would definitely recommend him again.. I've had different plumbers in the past and Michael by far has been the best so far.. Really seems to care about his job

The technician came out on a Sunday morning to replace our water heater. Knowledgeable, friendly and very efficient. Joe explained all steps and made sure the job was done right.

Dallan offered a variety of update options, in addition to the general maintenance services we wanted for our new residence. Marshall, our technician was excellent to work with. He fully explained what work would be done. He answered all our questions in a manner that we understood. He was professional, courteous and efficient. So easy to work with!!

They did a wonderful job servicing our air conditioner. He was very prompt and knowledgeable. He showed us pictures of our unit and explained what service we needed in terms that were easy to understand. They were very reasonably priced and I will definitely be using them again in the future.

I was referred to JB Water & Air, we had two upstairs leaks which were dripping onto the ceiling in our first floor, Chris came out , diagnosed and told us what the issues were and they were promptly repaired and fixed. It was such an easy process and professional. Let me tell you we are very happy and he saved us quite a bit of money because I thought it was going to be quite a bit more. Thank you!

They should hire better drivers if they're going to be representing a company!! Van 13 almost caused a pile up on the 202 today after cutting across 3 lanes of traffic including a big rig to make an exit because they had their phone in their hands!! If they do their job anything like they drive, I would get a second opinion!!

JB Water & Air came out to fix a leaky shower faucet and a garbage disposal in my new-old apartment. Mike, the technician, did a superior job when replacing the parts and pieces. He demonstrated a high level of professionalism, worked fast and efficiently, and was extremely informative about the work he performed. Our super friendly technician Grant showed up on time and completed the RO system filter change fast and efficiently, he wore protective booties when entering our house without us even asking and answered all our questions!

The price was also unbeatable for the service they provide, I highly recommend you give them a call for all of your water and plumbing needs!

I had a shower that wouldn’t stop dripping so I called J&B. Joe came out and did a great job explaining the problem and fixing it quickly. He was fantastic. I’ve used J&B a few times and have always gotten great service. Highly recommend!
