I've had TCH Plumbing at my house twice in the last few months.

One time was to plumb my kitchen during a remodel. My wife was home and handled the coordination with the technician and the work was performed professionally and very cleanly.

The second time I needed them was due to a backed up sewer line. They were able to get out within a couple hours and snake the line clear. No hassle or funny business. Very respectful to my wife who was home to meet them.

Good company to call.

We have had TCH do big and small jobs at 3 different locations. Always professional. Always timely. Great quality and honest service at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend for all plumbing jobs you need.

Had an emergency leak and TCH Plumbing got someone right out to us and did a quick amazing job. Very pleased with their service.

The pricing always beats out the competition, and the customer service is better than any other company I’ve dealt with. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

The plumber they sent was a skilled, professional, and easy to communicate with. His work was excellent, and I’m extremely pleased with the final results. However, the scheduling process left a lot to be desired. The person coordinating appointments did not communicate clearly, failed to relay the full scope of the job to the plumber, and did not follow through with contacting building management as promised. While I’d give the company three stars overall due to the scheduling issues (which are an important part of the service), the plumber himself deserves six out of five. Thanks to his exceptional work, the overall experience was a positive one.
