Their staff was so helpful, the plumber on call was very kind and swift. They’ve been very helpful throughout the whole repair process. I am so pleased with the work Smith Plumbing does. I have never been disappointed. My technician was Robbie Neaman and he is amazingly professional. He replaced the gasket on my leaky toilet commode. Robbie totally cleaned the floor before putting the commode back in place. He also replaced a heavily corroded Fawcett bib outside to perfection.

Robbie did a tremendous job taking care of the leak in my laundry room. He was extremely professional and courteous. I highly recommend Smith Plumbing.

Garron was our technician. It was a 3/4 day project. He fixed it where Parker and Son’s and Tucker Hill failed to do so. Both other plumbers were out multiple times and not one of them fixed the issue. We spent money on all the things they told us to do to fix the issue. Nothing worked. My advice is hire these guys and get it done right the first time. Sure they might be slightly more expensive than other plumbers in the valley but think about what happens if those other plumbers botch the job, cut corners, or just have no interest in actually doing the work and give you false information about what is actually going on.

I also wanted to say that Tracy the dispatcher was amazing. She promised a fix and they delivered. They gave us a 90 day guarantee and are helping us with paperwork! From start to finish Smith Plumbing is the way to go for any larger projects.

It was great! They arrived at my home, just a few hours after my online form was submitted on their website, to replace my toliet and shut off valve. Garron performed quality work, was professional, knowledgeable and gave upfront fair pricing.

This was the third plumbing issue Smith has worked on for us. As previously, they were prompt, courteous, professional, and conscientious. All issues were big problems which the Smith team rectified for us successfully and satisfactorily.

Water heater replacement. This company did not replace flex lines when they replaced water heater. 1 year later I had a water heater flush by a different company because Smiths Plumbing charges way to much. I was told that the flex lines were not replaced. I call Smiths Plumbing and I was told sure no problem. 1 month later I'm still trying to get this resolved.

We purchased a water drinking fountain with bottle filler. Tracey was great to work with and very helpful in scheduling to our needs. Also, the technician Robbie did a super job in helping us identify the proper unit we needed. Robbie removed the old unit and installed the new unit, he worked quickly and cleaned everything once the work was done. The invoice was exactly as quoted and we are very satisfied with Smith Plumbing and highly recommend for future needs.

Bid out a job to replace the mainline to the sewer. Received 5 quotes. Smith's was straight forward and reasonable. Garron came out, on time, and explained exactly what he was going to do. Then did exactly what he said. He finished on time, and the invoice was exactly what they estimated. He was very polite, even letting me know when he was going to lunch or to the office for materials. Really, really pleased with them and will definitely use them again.

My service person was very professional and informative. I just had my water heater drained and serviced and was happy to have Smith Plumping do the work. They installed my water heater about 3 years ago and it has been working great.

We had a pipe break on a Friday night. Smith Plumbing responded to our call in a very timely manner. The plumber was skilled and efficient and he had the pipe replaced and the water back on with little disruption to us. Highly recommend!

I wanted to take a moment to share how impressed and grateful we are to Garron who came out this last Sunday to repair a leak in our home. He did a phenomenal job not only fixing the issue but providing a creative solution for the area moving forward to eliminate future issues. Garron definitely went above and beyond in every way.
Not only did he respond to our call very quickly he was incredibly thorough and professional at addressing the issue, understanding that without attention our house would have been without water. He demonstrated kindness and consideration for our family needs and went out of his way to ensure the repair was completely resolved, testing and retesting to ensure a proper repair. He took extra steps to ensure the repair was completed safely and took additional steps to ensure not only that there was no fire hazard, but also that all the remnants of the repair were picked up so that the animals would not inadvertently eat them.

I am very pleased with Smith Plumbing. The quote I received was fair compared to another contractor quote I received. Garron and Braden were pleasant young men, tidy, and showed me the problems I had going on that would have been disaster had I not had the work done. I will be using Smith Plumbing again for all my future plumbing needs.

Had a water pipe that came apart during the night called Smith builders in the morning and they were out promptly. Serviceman was very courteous and helpful. Got the job done quickly and professionally would highly recommend..
