I'm extremely happy and impressed with Smith Plumbing! Rob did a great job replacing my hot water heater as well as being professional and friendly. He was on time, went out of his way to match my schedule, did a great installation and left everything cleaner than it was before he arrived. Their prices are very fair and comprable to other plumbers. They are the ONLY plumbing company out of four I called that answered their phone (!) and that person was friendly and professional as well. I will be using Smith Plumbing from now on.

Joey showed up on a Friday with an amazing amount of confidence to repair our plumbing emergency. He stayed professional and worked diligently to find the part that was only 1 of 6 in the valley. After obtaining the part he worked quickly and made the repair in time to end his Friday at a good time and complete. I have worked with Rainforest Plumbing and Air for many years and this just serves why.

Silas was extremely professional, nice, and took care of the issue. He was very knowledgeable and was kind enough to give us updates throughout the fix from our upstairs neighbor. If we have any issues we will be using Rainforest, and will refer!

Xavier came out promptly to help assess a situation with water damage from a neighbors install. His professionalism and courtesy is bar none, and aligns with Rainforest Plumbing and Airs exceptional quality.

I had a major leak issue and these guys were so quick, helpful and skilled. They came in and got everything fixed. I have never personally seen such fast service. They cleaned up everything after (not a part of their job). I can’t stress enough that these two are skilled, polite and amazing people. 10/10 recommend!!

Great service. Andy V was really nice & knows what he's doing. Went way & beyond what was needed. Cleaned our coils & everything. If you need it done & right call them.

My mom has used Rainforest religiously for 10 years. At the end of October she had her AC coils cleaned, and the tech re-spliced a couple of loose wires as well. The tech was there for about 1 hour. The charge was 764.

I’ve tried numerous times to reach out by email and phone to get some clarity on this billing, but no one has gotten back to me.

Edit: the breakdown was received. I emailed back to ask further questions on numerous questions via email, maybe they went to their junk mail. I called numerous times asking to be forwarded to the appropriate person, they were never in the office, but a message with my name and number was passed on. I’ve had no luck getting any response.

We have had many techs help with various properties over the years. Recently we have had a tech, Damien, who has been helping us with severe plumbing issues. These have been located and resolved with a high level of professionalism showing he is a good asset for a company that I respect greatly.

Peter and Steven were super helpful. They were really fast and efficient and quickly solved a major leaking issue. I will recommend them if you have any job and you want fast solutions. Really good guys, very polite, so nice. GO TO THEM FOR ALL YOUR PLUMBING AND AIR ISSUES!!!

We have used them both for a plumbing job and to replace our AC. The plumbing service i would give a 4 or 5 stars, those guys seemed to know what they were talking about and we've had no issues with it. However, the AC replacement has not gone so well. It has gone out TWICE already without even being a year old. They took about 4 days in the middle of the summer to come back and fix it so the kids and I were sweltering in the house the whole time. Come to find out from talking to another AC guy that the type of unit they installed is not a good one, prone to problems (obviously, since ita gone out twice already!) We are currently having our roof replaced due to some leaking and the roofers are telling us that the leak was 100% caused by how they installed the AC. My advice is to use them for plumbing but NOT for AC!!!

Great Experience. Anthony was just amazing! He worked and worked to get everything going with a positive attitude. We are so grateful for his hard work and expert knowledge. We would definitely recommend Anthony and Rainforest to friends and family but especially him.

First Ryan , answers phone on weekend, so nice and patient…he cares. Andy S. is the best, very pleasant and courteous. Could not have been a nicer young man and…our house is cool. I highly recommend Rainforest, they also do our plumbing, Eugene is great.

Victor my technician was so professional and helpful. I had a serious issue in my condo from the upstairs neighbors pipe leaking in my unit. They hired a subpar plumber who left the job without completing it and Victor came out the same day I requested. He explained everything to me and was understanding, when I couldn’t move forward without the upstairs or HOA approval. Once I got approval a week later he was on time the next morning finished the job in one day and helped make my house livable again. The staff at Rainforest has been very helpful and communication has been awesome! I highly recommend them as a company and Victor as a wonderful considerate helpful plumber!

Peter is hands down the BEST plumber at Rainforest Plumbing and Air!!! I needed someone Saturday and the schedule was full. I had to leave for work at 4:30pm with no working toilets in my home. Thankfully Peter was committed to help. He came to my house after I got home from work at 10pm and fixed both toilets within the hour. He taught me toilet tricks and tips. He is punctual, respectful, and well deserving of a raise or promotion. 👏🏼🙏🏻 #teampeter

Can’t recommend rainforest enough. Noah did a great job fixing a leak in our apartment. He was quick, ensured to clean up after repairs and was very professional.

The Technician Daniel S. from Rainforest Plumbing Service was friendly, polite and efficient. We had an issue with the hose bid in our little garden area and it was fixed....
Properly....

He made it more convenient by adding a ball valve shutoff and hooked up our hose without asking him...

Dangerous, intentionally discurteous drivers. While traveling in the turn lane to make a left into my neighborhood (clearly using my turn signal) a large man with an unkempt bushy beard jumped from his east bound travel lane (going the opposite direction) into the turn lane heading directly towards me. He did not use his signal and had no where to go without hitting me. He was driving a giant rainforest van and continued coming at me while I was stopped (to prevent being hit). I said "what are you doing?!" He threw up his hands and pointed at the parking lot he was trying to get into which was quite a distance behind me (so he'd need to travel much further to get there). My turn was directly behind his van. So without a concern in the world, the large guy w the bushy beard jumped into my lane without using hisbturn signal & attempted a game of chicken with me. Havung no other choice than to sit there car nose to car nose (he wasnt moving - he was clearly flexing his size as he sat there in his van) I was forced out of my turn lane and back into traffic just to travel the length of his van to make my turn. Completely dangerous.

DO BETTER, Rainforest. No one on the Phoenix streets needs your machismo bearded drivers playing chicken with a potentially dangerous weapon & I don't want it in my neighborhood.

He should also be educated about the laws of signaling an intent to turn. I wouldn't want this rude meathead in my home for ANY PROJECT requiring a plumber as he clearly thinks it's acceptable to act without manners.

Rainforest did an outstanding job repairing a broken pipe under my building. Mario (technician #5) has one of the finest work ethics I’ve witnessed in a long time! He worked tirelessly well into late night/early morning to get our shower drain repaired which required digging (by hand) a three-foot deep trench under the buildings foundation to access the problem area. Following achieving access, he built the entire corrective piping system and got everything up and running. Most impressive was that he was willing to listen to (and offer) alternative solutions to avoid disruption to our interior operations and minimize any potential damages to the interior infrastructure. Consistently cordial and respectful. Chris, who did our pipe-mapping also was a pleasure to work with and was willing to discuss various solutions with us. All in all, Five stars all the way! Thank you.

Peter was awesome! My shower drain has been giving problems for the past couple of months. He came through and worked his magic. Within a few minutes my shower was draining and working better than before! Highly recommend his services!

I had the displeasure of having a slab leak, but thankfully I had the pleasure of working with Xavier and Alfrado from Rainforest plumbing. They were communicative, friendly, professional and quick. Everything runs wonderfully and is cleaned up, ready for my next steps! I would recommend this company to anyone.
