Silas was our plumbing technician to remove and replace our shut off valve to our kitchen sink. He was very quick, professional, knowledgeable and cleaned up after he work was done. The job took about 45 minutes. He was excellent & doesn’t have control of the pricing. Rainforest Plumbing charge me $321.25 which is very expensive but I got it the same day. I did get a quote from another licensed plumber company for $153.00 but they couldn’t come until the next day. This wasn’t a emergency plumbing situation.

I had an unfortunate leak in my apartment bathroom, which is never fun but Damien at Rainforest Plumbing truly made the situation so much easier. He was incredibly professional, kind, and communicative throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything, fixed the issue efficiently, and made sure to leave my bathroom spotless when he was done. It’s the little details and level of professionalism that really stand out and turn a stressful situation into a positive experience. 10/10 highly recommend Damien and Rainforest Plumbing.

Kenneth came out to work on our AC that had been broken for about 5 days. He had to come 2 days in a row to work out - he was so professional, very nice and super helpful in explaining what happened. Excellent experience!!

He was extremely knowledgeable and so kind and friendly, not just to me but also to our resident who was already frustrated. I appreciate all of his help and hard work and keeping us in the loop.

Peter came in to unclog our sinks and did an amazing job from start to finish. He was extremely informative and took the time to explain exactly what was going on, which I really appreciated. He worked efficiently, was very friendly and professional, and made sure everything was clean and tidy once the job was done. He even showed me the completed work so I could see the results firsthand. Excellent service all around—highly recommend Peter for any plumbing needs!

I live in and apartment complex, so my plumbing repairs were arranged and paid for by the complex, so I cannot speak to their pricing.

However, I can speak to the incredible, respectful, and knowledgeable customer service I received from my plumbers. First off they came the same day, exactly within the time frame they gave us. Silas was the lead plumber and he was efficient, cleanly, and mindful. He and the gentleman he worked with made me feel comfortable and respected as they worked on our broken pipe. Honestly, I was very impressed. I've never had a plumber leave my house cleaner than it was when they walked in, until today! I was so impressed at the efficiency they worked all while keeping my home from becoming a dust filled demolition site. I would highly recommend them, most specifically, Silas… he was excellent!

Had a great experience with this company. Our tech was Carson. He was so professional and polite! They worked quickly and cleaned up afterwards which was so nice because there was a big mess from the shower drain. Carson went above and beyond and will be the reason I recommend this company to my friends and family!

My Mom has had trouble for years with clogging sinks, we were in a bind so decided to try Cactus, my mom’s tech was Danny and he was the best. He was informative, told us the ins and outs and it was so worth spending the money to understand what is happening. Definitely recommend Cactus for their services.
