Felipe was amazing at efficiently installing our 2 sinks. They are subcontracted with Lowe’s but he made our experience really great and easy. He’s super nice and professional and would totally have him to install anything in our home!

I bought a dishwasher through Lowe’s and did the installation which they assigned around the clock. I was given a 3hr window, he was right on time, and gave me a heads up before heading over which I appreciated. He was very nice and professional and did a great job installing the dishwasher and making sure everything worked before he left so I am very happy with the service

Paid for installation through Lowes and dishwasher was installed by Around the Clock. The service was timely and excellent by the tech. I would highly recommend for all the services that are offered and will be using them in the near future for plumbing needs.

This company is amazing! The serviceman arrived the same day as the product was ordered from Lowes. He arrived in the early in the afternoon and had the job complete and cleaned up in a little over an hour. He was professional while also being friendly. He wore a mask out of respect. I will definitely look to this company again when I need service. I wish I could remember his name. The job was on 12/30/20. Amazing!

Just had Dan finish up an install for our lowes dishwasher purchase.. all my wife and I can say is WOW.. This perfect gentleman was super nice and friendly. He made it a point to educate us on the features of the appliance. Better yet he was super laid back about us having a pet all up in his grill and even seemed to tame our rambunctious beast. All in all, this company operates at a high level, definitely consider them for any and all services.

Mike did a fantastic job changing out our water heater. Updated the plumbing going to the tank and made sure everything was satisfactory. Was kept updated on when he would arrive too.

Scott was great. He was very efficient and he had a pleasant demeanor and a super attitude. I hardly ever write reviews but felt I needed to since he made this experience a positive one.

My experience with PlumbSmart was good, if a bit odd. They were supposed to send two guys out - one to take care of the water heater flush & answer any questions re: plumbing issues; and the other to handle an HVAC tune-up/maintenance. Only one of the two showed up.

Fortunately, Derek F. was able to take care of both issues, for the most part. He did a great job with my aging HVAC unit, explained my options very well, completed the work in a timely fashion, and was friendly and easy-going throughout. He completed the water heater flush as well - a fairly simple procedure. I was hoping to ask about some related plumbing issues that might well have involved the water heater, but Derek's expertise on the plumbing side only went so far; that's what the other guy was supposed to handle. But since that person never showed up, my questions and concerns on the plumbing side went unaddressed. There may have been additional work for PlumbSmart to handle, but they missed out. I will be calling other plumbing companies going forward.

Trent was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Also saved me money. The total turned out to be much less than original quote. I will absolutely recommend PlumbSmart to anyone needing a plumber!

My husband and I had an extremely frustrating experience with PlumbSmart Heating and Air.  This past Saturday, 10/11/25, a technician came out to unclog our bathroom and ended up flooding our bathroom, leaving poop water in our bathroom shower, all over the bathroom floor, and into our floor AC vent, also flooded our laundry room, causing the luxury vinyl floor to lift! This guy even touched my walls with his poop gloves and left it on my walls. He borrowed my husband's ladder and left it leaning on the house, and left without saying anything. When I reached out to the office and spoke with the technician, Luis's manager, I was told that the technician left because my husband cussed at him, which was just a reaction to the flooding.  The manager then proceeded to tell me that they didn't charge us for the tech coming out. I would hope not after all the damage that was done!  Despite our concerns about potential mold and the ongoing damage, the company offered no resolution and did not follow up.  Overall, I'm extremely dissatisfied and would not recommend their services whatsoever!!!!

Crew arrived on time, reviewed with me the type(s) of work they were to perform, the cost and how long it would take. When they finished they described the issues they found clearly and answered my questions.
A very positive experienced. I anticipate returning to PlumbSmart for this work.

Excellent company to deal with. We have used them before and are always happy with the work they perform. So friendly from the young lady setting up the appointment to the thoughtful young man (Trent) who is so excellent at his job and such a pleasure to deal with. It is always a positive experience dealing with this company and I recommend them and have recommended them to friends and family. We thank them once again for their great service.

UPDATE: 6 MONTHS LATER! MY HOUSE IS STILL WRECKED. I FOUND OUT THAT THEY DIDN'T EVEN NEED TO PUT IN A MINI SPLIT IN ONE ROOM. THEY LIED ABOUT THE AC NOT WORKING (I FOUND OUT LATER). I WAS IN ANOTHER STATE WHEN THEY DID THE INSPECTION FOR ME, BEFORE I BOUGHT MY HOUSE. ****YOU ONLY GOT YOUR PERMIT BECAUSE THE CITY OF MESA MADE YOU GET THEM. I SAW THE REPORTS FROM THE CITY OF MESA, SO DON'T TRY TO COME ON HERE AND MAKE UP A BUNCH OF UNTRUE THINGS TO MAKE YOURSELF LOOK GOOD. I'LL GLADLY SHOW ANYBODY THOSE RECORDS. YOU DOUBLE CHARGED ME FOR THE TANKLESS WATER HEATER. YOU HAD UNLICENSED ELECTRICIANS, WORK ON MY HOME. YOU DID A LEGAL ELECTRICAL WORK IN MY PANEL. MAKING THE MINI SPLITS RUN 110/220 VOLT. RUINING THE UNITS, BUT REFUSING TO GIVE ME A NEW ONES. SEE NEWW PICTURE. YOU MOVED MY ENTIRE SINK JUST TO PUT YOUR PRODUCT THERE WITHOUT ASKING. INSTEAD OF RUNNING YOUR OWN LINE TO THE MINI SPLIT, YOU TAPPED INTO MINE EVEN THOUGH YOU CHARGED ME TO RUN YOUR OWN LINE PER THE CONTRACT. YOU LEFT HOLES IN MY WALLS. YOU KILLED OUTLETS, INCLUDING ALL THE POWER TO MY GARAGE. YOU REFUSED TO PAY FOR THAT BILL, ONLY HALF. THEN, YOU SWITCH THE BOXES ON FAUCET HEAD, NOT ALLOWING ME TO GET THAT REFUND. I COULD GO ON AND ON. DID YOU LET EVERYBODY KNOW THAT I HAD A HEART ATTACK? AND SEVERAL ANXIETY ATTACKS? BECAUSE ALL YOU GUYS DO IS TRY TO SCAM. I HAD TO GIVE YOU THE CORRECT SERIAL NUMBERS OFF OF YOUR OWN PRODUCTS BECAUSE YOU KEPT ON SENDING ME THE WRONG INFORMATION AND LIED ABOUT REBATES AMOUNTS. THEN YOU FILLED-OUT THE WRONG INFORMATION FOR THE REBATES AND THE CHECKS CAME IN THE OLD OWNER'S NAMES. I COULD SIT HERE AND GO ON AND ON FOR DAYS ON ALL OF THE STUFF THAT YOU HAVE PUT US THROUGH. ALL YOUR FALSE PROMISES. NOW THAT THE ROC IS INVOLVED, YOU WILL HAVE TO FIX EVERYTHING AND EVERYTHING THAT YOU DON'T FIX AND WHAT I CAN'T GET FROM THE RECOVERY FUND, I'LL SADLY HAVE TO GET IT FROM YOU THE HARD WAY. YOU KNOW WHAT YOU OWE ME AND YOU KNOW WHAT YOU HAVE DONE.

IF YOU HAD WORK DONE BY THESE PEOPLE, YOU MIGHT WANT TO CHECK WITH THE CITY TO SEE IF THEY GOT A PERMIT FOR THE WORK THEY DID.
DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! THESE PEOPLE DO NOT DO PROFESSIONAL WORK. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK. THEY DON'T CALL YOU BACK TO FIX THE PROBLEM. THEY CUT WIRES AND THEN MAKE IT YOUR PROBLEM TO FIX. THEY LEAVE HOLES IN YOUR WALL WITHOUT PATCHING THEM. They built out the tankless water heater before even asking. And now I can't put my wall back up and all of my air conditioning is flowing outside. THEY'RE DIRTY AND DON'T CLEAN UP AFTER THEMSELVES. ONE OF THE WORKERS WAS EVEN VAPING, AS HE WAS WORKING WALKING ALL OVER MY PROPERTY. THEY DIDN'T GET A PERMIT FOR THE TANKLESS WATER HEATER. THEY WIRED ONE OF MY MINI SPLITS ILLEGALLY. I'M NOW HAVING TO GO TAKE ALL OF THIS INFORMATION DOWN TO THE CITY OF MESA AND MAKE A COMPLAINT WITH THE ROC, JUST TO GET THE PROBLEM FIXED. THIS HAS LITERALLY BEEN A NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE AND HAS NEGATIVELY IMPACTED MY HEALTH, WHICH THEY WERE QUITE AWARE OF.

Devin came out next day and diagnosed, replaced, and repaired multiple issues in my parents home. He was kind, considerate, and knowledgeable. He gave them multiple options to move forward and helped us get a warranty rebate on the old water heater. He went above and beyond, we'd bring him back in a heartbeat.

Professional company. I purchased my AC from them 2 years ago. They did a great job from day 1. Today Derek came to do the maintenance for the AC and water heater and another great experience. He didn't push any sales, he answered all my questions . Excellent service. I will use them again.

On a positive note: Plumbsmart Restoration services was exceptionally responsive and expedited work so that my home was not torn apart throughout the holidays

Not so positive: The quality of the wall texture match was exceptional in the main section of the house, however the texture match in the bathroom wasn't very good by comparison. To their credit, they sent their Drywall specialist out to redo the texturing.

The drywall specialist redid the work to retexture subpar surfaces on three parts of the bathroom drywall. The most challenging section - due to location between the toilet and the vanity was improved substantially, but the other two areas were not much improved. Im going to simply have to live with this situation as I dont have time or patience to ping-pong on this issue.

Another Positive: The entire team is very professional and courteous. Moreover Chris, the painter is terrific.

We had to turn off water to the house due to an outside water line valve breaking. They were at our house less than an hour after I called and had it fixed within 30 minutes. Devin (the tech) was very good and very professional. This company is now our go-to for future plumbing needs.

Been using them for years for A/C repair on a few different homes I own and manage. Great fast service, fair prices. I really like that I receive a photo of the repairman coming to my home before his arrival and they take photos of all their work. Excellent reliable company.

We had a hot water leak under our concrete slab in kitchen. We had an addition on our house done by previous ownership, which created a more extensive issue with finding access to the leaking pipe. PlumbSmart rerouted pipes through the attic. Michael was very thorough. He did a great job. Would definitely recommend plumbsmart.

Water heater went out. Derek from PlumbSmart came earlier than expected. He diagnosed and recommended a new one. He gave us 3 options based on price and quality. We decided on the middle option because that was what was best for our family. He installed it the same day. This is the second time he fixed a problem for us. He’s kind, honest, and doesn’t try to over sell. We will definitely be using PlumbSmart for future plumbing issues.
