Very poor customer service by the employee that came to my home. When I called the complain the owner of the company was just so terribly rude. I have never had such bad service and been treated so poorly.

Fillip was so kind and great person installed a dishwasher for us he was the BEST will call them again for sure

Purchased an oven from Lowes to make brownies. They sent over a subcontractor from Around the Clock. I did not catch his name but he was awesome, professional and was here on time as discussed!

Had 2 toilets replaced today..Filip the installer was ever so pleasant and personable and professional. He made sure he he also cleaned up after the work he did. I would highly recommend them. Thank you so much.

Lowe's sub contracted for measuring our old microwave for replacement. Their gentlemen came and checked the existing microwave and told us he will send in the measurements to Lowe's..Lowe's called back after 4 days and told they did not measure correctly and have them redo. They could not keep up the schedule for second visit..The Lady in the phone is very rude and does not treat customers with courtesy

Plumber was pleasant, clean, and efficient. Connected dishwasher, refrigerator, kitchen faucet, bathroom faucet and drains for all.
Good work no problem. Also leveled the dishwasher finished its installation.

A Lowes water softener was install by these guys. They did not check to see if the discharge worked. Results, over $6k damage to my home. There was a broken/missing pipe that they did not know about, had they performed the required discharge test, it would have been found. Stay away from these guys.

Not sure of the gentleman who just installed my toilet from Around The Clock Plumbing. Excellent job! Very pleasant person. My only issue was with Lowes. Sure wish I got the installers name!

One would think when a plumber is called out b/c we were unable to clear a sewer clog for one of our tenants mobile home and the plumber see the pipes are disconnected making every facility inside the home unusable a little for thought would be taken to re-attach their pipes before leaving the site. Instead we get a message with pictures that everything is still disconnected and their home is unusable. Since the children have taken over this company the service has gone down hill. We used them for probably 10 years but they have gotten fired over this. It now usually takes them at least 3 days to get someone out when there is a line clogged and people have sewer running on the ground. We never had this problem before the children took over. Look elsewhere!

We purchased a hot water heater and dishwasher from Lowe's and they sent this company to install them. After the hot water heater was installed I noticed that the toilet water pressure was seized up and would not fill (in both bathrooms). After a few phone calls to the company they agreed to replace the parts that were needed to fix the toilets. When they arrived back with parts the plumber installed them incorrectly and the master bathroom toilet was running non-stop. The plumber left, with the toilet broken and I did not realize anything was wrong until I checked it later. I called the plumber to let him know that the parts were installed incorrectly and asked what are you going to do to resolve this problem. The plumber accused me of trying to scam Lowes for new toilet floats, which mind you I just spend $1600 on appliances so that is absolutely absurd to even suggest something so ridiculous. The plumber became very defensive with me and called me a Fu**ing a** hole and hung up. When I called Lowes and got the number to his boss and called her she told me I am liar and that I cussed the plumber out not the other way around. I don't want or need this company to come back to fix anything. I just want other people and Lowes to know what this company does and says to customers when no one is looking.

Asked for a quote to Re plumb and put water heater in a small park model vacation home. They quoted $18,000-$22,000. Mike’s Plumbing did a great job for $3000 and did it in 6 hours. You decide who’s best. Duh.

I have used this company many times and every single time the work has been EXCELLENT and the price FAIR! I highly recommend using them for all your plumbing needs. One of the best things about Around The Clock Plumbing is the owner is always available if needed, she talks to all her customers personally. GREAT COMPANY!

Not quite sure what happened with the last reviewer. We also purchased a hot water heater from Lowes and used their preferred installer. The installer was on time, polite, and did a great job. I would definitely use them again .

We had two toilets installed and Lowes assigned Around the Clock Plumbing. Philippe did the work. Excellent. On time. Professional. Polite. Patient. Kind. Rosie answered the phone; she, too, was professional and personable. From now on we will be using this company. It is reliable and the prices are fair. Highly recommend.

Around the Clock Plumbing installed a Lowe's purchased faucet and Terrin did an excellent job. He was friendly and professional and knew his job well. Great job ATC Plumbing. Will consider using this company again. Much appreciated.

If there was a zero stars they would've gotten one. Showed up three days late and then doubled the price Lowe's quoted to replace the toilet. Charged $260.00 for a $16.00 flange. Will never recommend them and will demote the company to everyone I meet.

Purchased a new water heater through Lowe's on 5/30/2018. Received a call the next morning saying they could install that day. The plumber (Robert) showed up 20min early and quickly had the old water heater removed and the new one installed. He even gave me the extra parts he didn't use, which I returned to Lowe's and received a $20 refund. Thank you Robert and Around the Clock Plumbing, you made this entire process quick and easy!

I purchased a new hot water heater through Lowe's and Around the Clock Plumbing was my assigned installer. The office staff was very pleasant and was able to get me on their schedule quickly. We were quoted a 2hr install window, but received a call back later that day letting me know they would be running a little late (which was fine - it was just nice they reached out to let me know instead of me having to track someone down). The technician, Filip, arrived and got to work right away. He was professional, friendly, and answered some of the questions I had about the new unit. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!
