Cari Was fantastic today! Clean, efficient, can do service! I even got my invoice within minutes so i could complete the year end accounting! Ask for Cari when you schedule a service. I do have a bone to pick though... that music and message when you are on hold is a lot. Someone talking and the jungle stuff in the back ground at the same time. If you could have your marketing team revisit the decision, that would be super. It's a lot. Gonna give me an aneurism as i call several times a day for different services needed at the properties.

Had Anthony from Rainforest Plumbing & Air come by and he did an awesome job. Super professional, explained what he was doing, and kept everything clean. You can tell he really cares about his work. I’m really happy with how everything turned out. Definitely recommend him if you need a plumber.

Plumber Alex technician 7, was very professional and very thorough unlike previous. Spent a good deal of time to explain and resolve the issue.for my unit 1032 kitchen sink.

Xavier #9 at Rain Forest was amazing. We had an emergency and he came out immediately and addressed the problem. His service was fast but thorough and complete. Communication was excellent and professional. We highly recommend him!

Peter did a great job checking out the plumbing in the ceiling following a leak from the upstairs apartment. He assured there was no long term damage and the leak is no longer there. Definitely would recommend him and his colleague Dylan for any services at this company!

Damien came and installed a new water heater after ours had broken and was leaking. He showed the next day and got right to work. He got it done perfectly and exactly within the time he estimated it would take. Thanks so much!

My hoa is having a broken water main fixed and Xavier is the technician doing the work. Not only is he doing an outstanding job fixing the water leak, he stopped what he was doing and ran a quarter of a mile to help me catch my 3 year old Great Dane “Zeus” when he got out of the yard. And this was especially challenging considering Zeus is deaf,(he also has epilepsy) so if you can imagine. It would have broken our hearts if something would have happened to Zeus. I want Rainforest Plumbing to know what a fantastic person they have on their team!! Thank you a million times Xavier!!! God bless!

Great experience with the company and technician Damien. Very responsive and quick to solve the issue I was dealing with. Definitely will contact them and ask for Damien for any of my future plumbing problems that arise.

Damien was great. Instead of doing the bare minimum and just fixing the pin hole leak, he actually changed the entire pipe which we really appreciate. And this was an after hours call.

Huge shoutout to the dispatchers, Kaila & Karley, for quickly responding to our property manager on a holiday (NYE) and sending out technicians asap to clear a main line blockage causing sewage backup in all 4 units of our building.

The technicians, Amos & Justin, arrived within an hour of placing our call and had the issue resolved within an hour of their arrival. They were polite, professional, communicative, and patient while waiting for other owners to get home so they could enter their units. They also noticed something not quite right with the piping under my sink and adjusted it to make sure it was right, even though it wasn't part of the original problem.

Cannot thank them enough for their quick help and professionalism, and especially on a holiday!

Peter was absolutely exceptional! From the moment he arrived, he took the time to explain the entire process thoroughly so I understood exactly what needed to be done. Also what the next process would be. He performed the hydro clean to clean out our main drain several times to make sure the job was done perfectly no shortcuts at all!

Rainforest completed a job that should’ve been done right the first time by the homebuilder. Rainforest came in on emergency call and although my downstairs was upside down for almost a week.. it wasn’t their fault, however they worked hard and fast to finish the job!! Damien and his entire crew were thorough, communicative and professional. If I ever need a plumbing job done or my family does… I will definitely use Rainforest again!!

I used to trust Rainforest Plumbing and Air, but unfortunately, my recent experience was very disappointing. It seems like the one ac technician who really knew what he was doing is no longer with the company, and since then, the quality of their air conditioning service has really gone downhill.

I have heard horror stories about their residential department, but it seems to have made its way to their commercial services side as well.

Communication isn’t great, the work doesn’t inspire confidence, they offer every excuse in the book why warranty work isn’t covered, and the overall experience feels rushed and impersonal. Based on some of the discussions I overheard, they give me the impression that the owners are more focused on maximizing profits than on maintaining the level of service and expertise customers expect and that they once offered.

I’ve recommended countless others, but based on my recent experience, I can’t recommend Rainforest Plumbing and Air anymore. I’d suggest others look elsewhere for more reliable and knowledgeable service. If you’re in the commercial properties management industry, I’d give GroundZero a try. They’ve been a breath of fresh air.
