Had a water heater issue so we called Smith plumbing. They came out next day and replaced our water heater (which was under warranty) the same day. The work was done well and they left the area super clean. We only paid for the labor and it was reasonable given the size of the job. Definitely would use them again.

Mike the technician arrived at the scheduled time with advanced notice. We discussed the issue and agreed on the price before he made the repairs. He did a great job and left the work area clean before he departed. Thanks again for the great service!

Technician called when he was on his way introduced himself when he arrived and told me what he was going to do. Another technician arrived to assist and both were very professional in the way they went about doing the job. Cleaned up after they were done. I was given an estimate for a water softener and will discuss with the wife and will probably be calling you in a few days or a couple of weeks to install. I'm very pleased with your company and would highly recommend you.

my toilet my sink my tub everything was backing up. I called this company they had somebody come out. His name was Robbie He was very knowledgeable. He was on time. He was very helpful. He explained why it would be happening. He tried a few things and he got it fixed. very clean and efficient If I ever have a plumbing issue again I definitely will be calling this company back. I had been dealing with a plumbing issues time and time again and had to call someone out to try and fix it every three months or so until Rob came out and fixed our issue! Not only am I so grateful for the issue to be fixed, he was so professional and friendly. He just knew what he was talking about and was so nice but he also identified the problem instantly! When everyone else who had came out came out day after day trying to figure out the problem. He was here so quickly, worked so efficiently, and fixed our plumbing issue with a smile. The emergency plumbing crew was right on schedule, very proactive, and communicated well. They finished the work promptly and also gave us very good and competitive prices! Smith Plumbing sent someone promptly to assess the problem with my toilets not flushing. They dug up the line to the septic, put in clean outs, replaced the bad pipe & fixed the connection to the pipe. It's nice to have my toilets back in working order. My only disappointment is having to wait from Friday till Monday for them to finish filling in the trench. Other than that, the company was easy to work with & did a good job.

Water Heater sprung a leak on Sunday morning. Tried several plumbers and Smith was the only one to respond in a timely manner. Technician showed up within 2 hours and gave me an estimate that I considered very reasonable. Asked "when can you do the work", he said "Right Now". He removed the heater and returned it to Home Depot since it was still under warranty, was back within an hour with a new heater and completed the installation promptly. The technician, Gannon, was great. He handled the warranty exchange, did a top-notch installation (even corrected a gas line run that was not up to current code), left the work site perfectly clean, and the final bill was exactly the estimate. Highly recommend.

We have used Smith Plumbing for our plumbing needs for several years. Yesterday we had the master bathtub removed and replaced with shower. Additionally we had the kitchen sink faucet replaced. Both jobs were completed and we are very happy with the results. As always the service techs were efficient and very pleasant.
