Lonnie at TCH is a miracle worker. Thieves stole copper plumbing at our condos and water had to be shut off to the entire community. I expected a long period without water but he had it on within a very short time.

If there was an option for no stars that’s what I would have given. I do not recommend this office. Please find another provider. I have never met people who could care less about a patient. They have a very rude demeanor and a very nasty attitude! It’s no wonder they never seem to keep a Dr. or have patients stay.

One of the worst medical experiences I've ever experienced. Medical staff was very rude and very inconsiderate. And talk about a wait time, I've waited at least an hour at every appointment after my scheduled appointment time. Not once has a physician ever examined at that office. Seek pain management elsewhere 👎👎👎

Guy came to replace a pipe under my sink. Only arrived five minutes before appt window was up. Came in, said the "supply store" for said hose was closed, left. He said he would be back tomorrow.

I called the main number the next day because no time was given. Brooke told me the guy was new and should have told me that we had to be rescheduled and he was supposed to alert us before showing up. We settled on Monday between 8-11 which I already was not happy about.

Today the 8-11 window came and went. I went to sleep because I work nights and couldn't stay up anymore. I get a text at 12:12 saying they can't come because they don't have the part and will need to reschedule. At 12:24 I get another message saying oops nvm that was incorrect. They're coming today! The guys came at 1:30 pm. -_- People have jobs. Please be so SERIOUS!

Andy is honest, reliable, and responsible. I normally am not comfortable with service men coming to my house while I'm gone and my wife's home. Andy didn't make me feel uncomfortable at all. My last plumber didn't know what he was doing. My toilet was leaking in the back and Andy fixed it. Not only did he fix it, he even sealed the base of my toilet and did a super clean job. If your looking for quality work and great customer service, Andy is your guy!
