So glad I found TCH. I live out of state, but have a rental in AZ and panicked a bit when my neighbor said there was a leak. Alexis was great with sending Kaden over the same day and finding the culprit (an old kitchen faucet that had reached the end of its life). I would call them again in a second!

I was a recent paying customer of this business and regret working with TCH Plumbing.
Do not believe what you are told on the phone nor in person when speaking to TCH Plumbing regarding cost. They build up a charge with trip fee , travel time to go buy parts probably at Home Depot Contractors pricing for them then come up with a inflated total fee quote of which the math does not add up to a reasonable total.
They state costs of $180 per hour.
For the total time of 2 hours for the worker to do the job including getting and replacing the under $200. of parts to do the work TCH Plumbing charged me $830.
The math does not add up and the worker is well schooled on how to explain a Rip Off charge.
Do Not provide TCH your credit card prior to them coming to look at the work !!
Over charging is what TCH Plumbing does.
Plus some parts installed by them are not level as they should be.

TCH Plumbing is awesome! They sent someone out very quickly and on a holiday! Dakota was very professional and helpful. He unclogged the entire condo sewerage line. I'll definitely recommend using this company if you have any plumbing issues!

Very grateful for TCH Plumbing & thankful for their excellent, thorough professional service. Kaden put in a new sink, a new faucet & fixed a leak in the process. It took him the entire day and he had to leave a couple times to go get another part or two but he just kept at it and completed the job perfectly. As I type this, one day ago I had a leak under my kitchen sink with a Tupperware there catching the drip and today it is all taken care of! Thank you TCH and Kaden for your outstanding work!

Terrible service! Kyle lied to us, tried to cheat us, tried to get us to cheat our home warranty company. He gives this company a bad name. Kyle works in the office and is bad news. Don't do business with this company!

I called Nathan about a leaking pipe in my back yard at 11am, the repair was finished by 12:45! He was nice, professional, and very reasonably priced!

Nathan was extremely helpful when we got in over our heads with our DIY project. Very respectful and understanding. Answered all of our questions. Very helpful I wouldn't hesitate to contact him again.

Steve and Ray were great! They came out quickly and diagnosed our AC issues, and got us back up and running. Will definitely be calling them in the future for all our maintenance service. Thanks guys!

I used Blue Collar Plumbing and Air Conditioning to replace my home A/C after getting estimates from other companies that were trying to charge ALOT more. Nathan, Steve, and Ray have been incredible to work with. They have done numerous jobs for us from a new hot water heater to replacing sewer line. Highly recommend using them for any of your plumbing or HVAC needs!

Cannot say enough good things about Nathan and this company. They have done numerous projects for us and we have referred them to several friends and family as well and they have always done a fantastic job. Each plumber that came to our home did a wonderful job. The plumbers were very thorough and were willing to explain what they were doing. I loved the neatness and tidiness of their work, and will definitely call Smith Plumbing again should a need arise.

I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they responded and someone showed up within a few hours of me contacting them. He told me I could probably do the job myself and what part I needed and save a lot of money. I liked the honesty but decided I just wanted it done. Smith Plumbing is bookmarked for next time I need help.

Eric arrived on time and was helpful in working through the issues we had with our plumbing. He developed a plan and executed it. We were very pleased with his work and professionalism.

I’m unsure about 3 stars. I have mixed nightmare AND amazing experiences with Smith Plumbing. As of right now I will use them again because their main plumber, Rob, is excellent, and also bc they have lots of mobile home experience. If you know of others that are great I’d like to know them.

My bathroom needed a rebuild and they contracted the work to their own sister company, owned by the same owner. Turns out that sister company barely runs and they didn’t have a real crew when they took my job. They sent 2 barely adult kids to rebuild my sub floor. One kid cut up all the flooring wood with curving edges in several small pieces so it would fit in his car to get it to me. I came home to find a jigsaw puzzle of a sub floor that bounced and sunk when I walked on it. When I complained they sent out someone else who was excellently skilled but expressed a lot of negativity about all the other workers and about the job and ended up having too much back pain to finish. No one showed up while i missed client appointments and lost money waiting for workers who were schedule. Finally they sent out 2 more guys who said they felt thrown into the middle of a job (as they were) that they didn’t quite understand. I had to ask them to redo several things that looked awful (and Rob the plumber expressed to me his disappointment at their work even after that). The two guys admitted they’d never worked on a mobile home bathroom before.

After 3 months with no bathroom and WEEKS when no work was being done, the bill for part of it was double what was quoted by the plumber. Katie, who handles the logistics, insisted this was their discounted rate and has stuck to it. So I am stuck with a high bill for a nightmare where only Rob the plumber was competent.

Be sure you get all quotes in writing and maybe have them contract with someone else to do any rebuilding for you. Their plumber Rob will work his butt off for you and do a damn good job though.

We had a great experience with Smith plumbing. We hired them to repair an old pipe and they did an excellent job. I want to thank the entire staff who did not hesitate to update me on the entire process overall, outstanding service! I would highly recommend them!
