I recently purchased shower module on The Plumber’s Crack in Mesa,AZ. I dealt with Ryan and could not have received better service. The unit was checked for damage before delivery. That is the greatest service you can receive. I hate surprises when you are ready for an install only to find the unit damaged. I will definitely do business with Ryan again. The price was also unbeatable.

These guys are great. This is a family owned and operated business. Trey was/is extremely knowledgeable and experienced and willing to take the time to explain the process/options. In a time when it can be difficult to get some contractors to respond to a phone call or email, my experience with Preston Drilling was refreshing. If I ever need a well drilled again, these are my people! Would highly recommend Preston Drilling.

Responded quickly. Showed up as promised. Good communication. We have employed JB water on big and small jobs. This time there was upsell for other products. Pricier than other plumber, but JB was available to do the job. Did not realize the entire replacement faucet assembly would not be installed.To install the drain assembly would cost more?! Unfortunate that existing leaking faucet could not be repaired and we had to buy a new one. That's just the way things are made in this day and age.
Edit: We called JB water again today 10/11/25. Had a clogged pipe that prevented washing machine from draining properly. Water on the floor and backup in kitchen sink. It's Saturday but we had a plumber out in less than 4 hours. Mason was not only kind but knowledgeable and efficient at fixing our problem. He also offered honest advice on how we avoid problems in the future. I rate JB 5 stars today! Thank you Mason.

Contacted JB Water & Air for a second opinion regarding a sewer drain issue at my mother-in-law’s home.
A same day appointment was arranged and Service Technician Chris arrived.
Chris was very knowledgeable and a great guy to work with. He didn’t mind my following him around as he explained his process. Starting on the roof, then the crawl space, eventually locating the sewer line clean-out traps hidden under patio furniture.
Chris cleared the blockage, diagnosed the problem, and my mother-in-law was able to stay in her home.
As I said earlier, this was a call for a second opinion. The outfit my mother-in-law called gave her an estimate of $14,000. JB Water & Air had the issue resolved for under $1,000.
I would definitely recommend JB Water & Air and my thanks to Chris.

Mason White came and served the drain on my apartment, super efficient and super friendly with his services!! Helped fix my drainage and downstairs neighbors leak issues!

Chris was friendly and knowledgeable of the issue at my home. He was able to repair and get my water back on to my house in one day. The experience was quick and very easy to complete. Definitely recommend.
