Mercy & Joe serviced our two propane fireplaces thoroughly & efficiently. They also secured all the lose connections, including the pilot that wasn’t mounted. Huge difference in how both fire places look and work. Very grateful!

Joe and Mercy were fantastic. After some scheduling issues, Now was able to make it out to look at our fireplace. Fantastic customer service, fantastic customer relations, great staff. Only drawback I have is that the cost to replace my fireplace was a bit higher than anticipated.

Joe and Mercy came and explained how to fix my non functioning fireplace. Joe listened to me as I explained what was happening. He gave me options with pricing. They had all the equipment to take care of the issues today.They put plastic everywhere and there was no dirt when they were done. After 2 hrs I have a beautiful flame and it is so much cleaner with new rocks and refurbished grate. Now it’s one click on the wall switch and I never have to worry about a pilot light again! Outstanding experience. I contacted the company and spoke with Mike, who listened carefully as I described the fireplace issue. He asked several thoughtful questions and helped me resolve the problem immediately—without any mention of a service visit. He then took additional time to offer safety recommendations and guidance for future use of the fireplace. This level of professionalism and courtesy, especially at 5 p.m. on a Friday, was sincerely appreciated. Now Plumbing will be my first call for any future plumbing needs. 🙏

Absolutely phenomenal work and customer service. Total transparency with pricing. I still cannot believe how much they got done in a few hours. Water heater replacement, water softener installation, RO installation, faucet and valve installs as well. Very respectful while working and answered all questions before, during and after the process.

Now Plumbing is exceptional and they stand behind all of their work. I had concerns about my fireplace after not using it for several months after they serviced it. They came out free of charge just to make sure it was still safe to operate. Greg, the manager, goes out of his way to provide exceptional, caring and professional service. They also take extra care to keep my house as clean as they have found it.

We could not be more pleased with the job Joe did for us installing a new water heater and salt water system. He was meticulous and respectful of our home and his work. After finding out we had been without hot water for several days Holly Plumbing got us in as soon as possible. Joe was very professional and tried replacing the thermostat to keep our cost down but had to replace the tank anyway (which we suspected because our tank was 30years old). We appreciated his attempts to save us money.

When I moved in, I suspected that the water pressure entering my home was too high. After going through multiple showerheads, I was over it and called around. I went with Holly Plumbing because Joe was awesome. He was knowledgeable, personable, and honest. He ended up installing a pressure-reducing valve on our main water line and added an expansion tank to our water heater. Problem solved. I'll definitely have him back to raise up the showerhead in my master bath, replace the valves in my spare bath, and fix any other plumbing issues that come up.
