The technician was in fact up front and honest. He was also on time, which I appreciate very much. However, $250 to remove a nipple from the top of a water heater is crazy. I politely paid the gentleman the trip charge and dismissed him. He didn’t even have a replacement part with him, thought I mentioned it in the dispatch call. Will not be returning.

One of the company technicians, by the name of Kevin, went above and beyond to troubleshoot my AC unit. He expressed his concern over any possible unnecessary expenses, and it turned out to be a simple problem to solve, He literally saved me hundreds of dollars in diagnosis and repair. Kevin has been wonderful in servicing my air conditioner and troubleshooting issues. He is thorough and very knowledgeable and takes the time to answer any questions. Definitely recommend this company.

I had trouble with my AC and called Cactus on a Friday afternoon. Kevin was at my house and working on my AC within 45 minutes. He walked me through everything and detailed my options completely and professionally. Both he and Cristal followed up with me to make sure I was happy with their work. I recommend using this company because of the professionalism and expertise shown by their employees.

Kevin really came through for me in a pinch. Helped get a repair going for my Airbnb guests then got me a new AC within a few days and didn’t Charge for the repair which was gonna cost $2000. Will be giving them all my business from now on. Really hard to find honest AC companies but these guys are great!
