The shutoff valve wasn’t working, but David replaced it quickly with no mess left behind. He was very friendly and professional throughout the entire process. I will definitely be requesting him for any future service needs.

Had an issue at our AZ property. They gave me an appointment window that was within two hours of call. Scott was actually able to show up earlier than the window. Scott was able to fix the issue and put out mind at ease from 1600 miles away. Took pictures before and after the job was done. Gave us some peace of mind when we needed it.

David V was my tech. On time, professional, knowledgeable, explained everything he was doing, replaced my ROS filter as well. Service was great! I definitely recommend this company!

The technician showed up on time, was very friendly, explained what needed to be done, warned me about the fee for credit cards, and importantly, got the job done effectively. He had a little trouble with the old pipes, but managed to figure out a solution. Excellent experience overall.

PlumbSmart has a good team. They are timely and do a good job. I especially like emailed invoice and texting to confirm agreements. It makes it easy for a Landlord to work with them. Pricing is reasonable.

Update 1/15/2021: I had them out to replace 3 interior faucets: 2 bathroom and one kitchen plus 3 exterior faucets. They were on time and punctual. The price was what I expected and they completed the work quickly and efficiently.

Update 12/4/2023: I had PlumbSmart out to fix a backed up sink line at one of.my rental properties. They checked it out, cleaned out the line and everything is working better than before.

Update 8/28/2024: I had to replace a section of my driveway with water, sewer and landscaping lines run. Jeremy Mc replaced the main water line from meter to house. He us excellent and can wirk for me anytime. Plumb Smart is my preferred vendor for all things plumbing.

Update: 4/28/2025: another rental property needed a new disposal and a replacement sink trap. They got it fixed today for me.

Update 8/10/2025: Derek worked on my shower faucet providing the best option for me. He did a great job and can work on my plumbing whenever.

Update 10/3/2025. The cutoff valve for irrigation was leaking. Which caused some irrigation glue to not set. They did a really good job.

The technician did an excellent job making sure my system was working at maximum efficiency. The company’s practice is to leave the homeowner with a set of pictures showing all the systems that were checked or adjusted. He arrived on time and spent time talking with me about an issue I had some concern about.

I had a great experience with PlumbSmart! Alex and the GM were very nice, honest, and professional from start to finish. They explained everything clearly, didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services, and made sure the job was done right. Luis came to my house to adjust my homes pressure regulator. Turns out it was corroded and not able to be adjusted. He was able to replace it with a new one within an hour. He was very professional and answered all of my questions. The price was reasonable as well. Would definitely use their services again in the future.

We need help with repair to our guest shower. Accomplished without issue. Second item related to camera inspection of Plumbing to determine unpleasant smells. Good advice and problem was resolved. Need to get a JETTING done for maintenance sometime soon.

The expert technician arrived ontime, and after a courtesy call to inform us that he was on his way to our house. He was kind, professional and competent. He inspected and checked the water Softner and water heater, the water pressure etc…

Their prices are in line or a bit better than the rest of them. The important thing is that the fellow they sent out knew what he was doing and was not afraid to answer questions about it. He did a good job and I'll call them again if I need a plumber. They also do heat and air too.

Chase came out to my house to locate the reason for my low water pressure. He was very nice and knowledgeable. He located the problem within 10 mins and offered me a solution to fix it. Every time I have called the office, the customer service has been excellent. Highly recommend!

We had a small leak under the sink and tried to fix it ourselves. It didn't work so called plumbsmart who sent over a tech. Matthew gave us an estimate and had it fixed shortly. While he was here he fixed another faucet too. Very happy with his work! Will use again.

Trenton and David are great asset to your company. Trenton smart and was able to explain in time what they had in plan. Trenton was teaching but was not pushy or or bossy to david and was exactly what a mentor and teacher should be. He definitely is a good trainer for the company.

My first experience with them from the time of my initial appointment through the entire process was unbelievable. Keith (technician) was friendly, informative, and quickly diagnosed the problem of the stool not flushing properly. After options of resolution were given, a complete sewer replacement began immediately to avoid issues with my upcoming company. A crew of 4 assisted on Friday and Keith and Mike diligently worked 15 hours to get the job completed on Saturday. This was not an easy task under a manufactured home, but they handled it in a very positive manner. Thankful that I can rely on PlumbSmart and Keith for future plumbing concerns!
