Justin Ball from PlumbSmart responded to my emergent need to remove and replace a leaking ice maker valve. The quote I received from the main office was honored along with added discounts being a first time customer. The service was amazing. Justin was professional and to top it all off, I received an invoice with detailed charges, warranty information, along with before and after photos of the part that was replaced. I got a fridge magnet to remind me who to contact for my future plumbing needs. Thank you Justin and PlumbSmart.

My shower valve in a Park Home needed to be replaced due to lime build up. It was so bad the cartridge could not be replaced.
Have done some plumbing in the past I removed all the trim and found the valve attached only to some crimped PEX. Just dangling not a mouted to anything except the tub spout.
A very difficult repair in a VERY tight spot so I called PlumbSmart because of their reviews.
I got an estimate lower than I expected and wow what great work. Just excellent!

We Use Plumb Smart for everything from Plumbing, heating and cooling, and their remodeling Service. Today was heating and cooling. I appreciate the fact that I get the same technician each time and that he’s familiar with my system. He’s always on time, ready to go to work, and always available to answer my questions no matter how small they may be. I appreciate the fair pricing for the work that’s done. I wouldn’t recommend anybody else.

We were happily surprised that Plumsmart would service us so quickly and on a Saturday. We received text with appt confirmation and then when tech would arrive and then Michael phoned us to give us time he would arrive. That was so appreciated as others don’t always do that. Michael quickly diagnosed the problem with the bathtub faucet leak and immediately was off to get the needed parts. Unfortunately it was late on Saturday so options were slim. He ordered parts and will come back the following workday to complete repair. We’ve been using Plumbsmart’s for many years and they provide excellent service with a fair price. I highly recommend them.

The patching of our master bathroom and the painting done was awesome. I understand their company is growing but I feel communication is needed to keep those waiting to have the jobs done are kept updated when the timeframe you have been told changes. The workers were awesome, easy to work with and professional.

Initial quote for a 3 hour job was $2000 for labor alone (parts covered by warranty). Talked them down to $1600. Still overpriced. They will authorize your warranty parts delivered to their business without asking you, it’s a cheap tactic to lock you in.

Ignore the fake reviews from everyone on here, these guys are not your fiends.

Brian is professional, knowledgeable, efficient and kind. He clearly explains things so I understand how things work. He arrives on time and does a GREAT job. Tori and Hunter (in the office) always treat me with kindness and respect. They all leave me feeling valued as a customer. It does not get any better than this!! Thank you!

I bought a townhouse in the fall of 2023. In March of 2025 I did a kitchen remodel and PlumbSmart was the plumbing service provider for the remodel. They did a whole water line plumbing connection at that time to my water softener as part of the plumbing work. Happy with their work. In the fall of 2025 I signed an annual service contract for plumbing and HVAC checks and service. Glad I did this. My AC took a dump over the winter and PlumbSmart thankfully corrected the problem with same day service and the AC is now running perfectly. I'm very happy with their quality of work and customer service.

Prompt,friendly,professional. Adrian serviced our water softener, water heater, and RO system in one visit. We were presented with three options for each item so that we can pick the best one for our budget and our needs. Highly recommend pump smart. As a bonus they offer 18 months no interest financing which was very helpful.

My water alarm alerted me to water around base of 20+ year old heater last night at 7PM.
I called PlumbSmart at 7:05PM
And asked for the next morning. They gave me a window 8-10 but Brian was on the way before 8!

They fixed the disaster I found myself in!
Having bought a brand new AC system in October 2020 from a vendor through Costco
I called the company I had paid over $10,000.
After sitting in a home without AirConditioning for 7 hours in the Arizona heat, a senior citizen like myself finds life threatening.

The Technician finally arrived, but the one sent was dishonest. He not only put coolant into a leaking compressor, but overcharged me literally over a $1,000. He didn’t tell me the coolant would leak out. He didn’t offer a new compressor immediately either. His primary concern when he entered my home was my air filter. He said it was wrong. I told him I bought it at Costco.
He was selling new ones in his truck for $300.00.

Fortunately I found PlumbSmart and called them. I spoke to the manager and she was extremely helpful and cared about our major environmental issues.
Two great and honest technicians came out, diagnosed the problem, found a compressor under Warranty, drove to Phoenix in rush hour traffic for the new compressor drove all the way back, and installed it at 5 pm the same day. They didn’t leave until after 8 pm.

The less than 5 year old AC bought at Costco finally works properly.

Neither complained my air filter was wrong.
Neither slowed down or cut corners in the installation, EVEN though they worked 10+ hours that day.

Our home is now on the family plan at PlumbSmart. Our future needs will be addressed to them.

From the very beginning, when I called to set up an appointment, I knew I was in good hands. Awesome customer service ! Very fair price . They listened to my needs and helped me to figure out what needs to be done right away and what could wait. I highly recommend this company! My technicians were Devin and Derek. Both were super nice, talented and very educated on their craft! I’m a single person who has trouble making decisions and I’m so happy I hired these guys, it was awesome from start to finish!.

I don’t normally post reviews, but the service from this small family run company was so exceptional that I had to do so. My daughter, who is autistic, had clogged the toilet with excessive toilet paper . I spent the day trying to unclog. Finally gave up. It was a Saturday afternoon. The owner came within 30 minutes of my call. He said it was the worse clog he had seen. He unclogged it within 15 minutes, and his rates were very reasonable. Hopefully, this does not happen again, but now I know where to call if I ever need a plumber.

I recently used AZ Mr Sunshine Plumbing to unclog our kitchen sink, and I couldn't be happier with the service they provided. I called them at 8pm, and they were at my house promptly by 8am the next day.

The plumbers who came to assist us were not only professional but also added a touch of charm with their cute orange bow ties. They were incredibly friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. They quickly assessed the issue and got to work, ensuring that our sink was working perfectly in no time.

In fact, they even offered to send a free estimator after completing the job to assess any further damage that could potentially be covered by insurance. My kitchen drain was clogged and turned out to be a bigger fix than imagined. First company I called wanted to charge me every limb I had. I did some research and came across Mr.Sunshine Plumbing and Drain's advertisement. Hesitant in getting the same response as the first I bit the bullet and called. I cannot say how happy I am that I did. I initially spoke to Daniel who was very friendly and willing to help me. That initial conversation made me feel like he was not the average plumber.
