4/26/2023 Bobby and I miscommunicated on where the new Ruud Water Heater would end up.
Then he starts yelling at me with baseless accusations. Which I found out later that is also on the invoice.

A horrible experience.

I would NOT recommend this company to Anyone.

I had an emergency and Cactus sent a guy out within the hour! Their guy Jeff had the pipe fixed within 30 minutes! Work was clean and looked brand new.

Great company. They came out same day that I called & fixed sink. Reasonable priced. Jeff is fantastic .

Bobby was on time, proficient and quickly identified our issue with our bath. He was exhaustive and point by point with his work and he is a lively individual who appreciates what he does. He was kind with keeping the spot clean and made a special effort to keep everything clean.

They did the job, but just too expensive compared to other plumbing companies I've used (like American Home Water and Air). During their visit they constantly attempted to upsale other products like their water system. Tried them, not a pleasant experience.

They are great. I scheduled appointment, they promptly arrived 30 mins later, provided recommendation, executed the job, cleaned up, and moved on to next. The service was great, and you can be confident in the behind it.

Working with Jeff was great. We had called Cactus Plumbing out to repair our irrigation pressure regulating valve. Jeff noticed that our water heater drip line was also leaking. Another plumber was had previously indicated that the leaking (water heater) drip line was our A/C drip line. We are so thankful that we called Cactus Plumbing. Jeff went out his way to resolve our issues. A big THANKS to Jeff!
