Jeff showed up faster than expected. He had the right tools, parts, and knowledge for the job. He got everything fixed and was pleasant to deal with. I’ll be calling him back next time I need a plumber.

What great experience! We requested service as a result of a residential inspection. Jeff, a plumber, was very knowledgeable! He corrected issues with our water heaters, and pool water line. He was honest, competent, professional, and friendly. We are looking forward to having our osmosis, water softening system, and any plumbing issue, we hope to NOT have happen, be serviced by Cactus!

We needed two gas lines capped for our pool side fire bowls. All lines were excavated and exposed, they just needed caps placed on them. They were supposed to arrive between 11 am to 1 pm. We talked through the project and sent several photos to the tech, at 1:30 pm they finally sent us a ridiculous estimate for $1100.00 * for two caps. This company is dishonest and scammers. Beware! Our project was resolved through another contractor for $225 dollars. 9-26 edit: And the owners response to my review was that this was a fake review - classic response for a corrupt company. Avoid them at all costs.

Andrew with Cactus Plumbing and Air was fantastic!! I was needing someone to get to my home rather quickly due to a no heat situation and they made it all happen in less than 2 hrs including the issue being resolved!! They were honest, upfront and keep me updated the whole time. Being out of state, its important to find a good honest trustworthy company. I will continue to use and refer them for any HVAC needs. Scott arrived early. He was friendly and professional. He completed all services requested and left both bathrooms neat. We will definitely use his services again if needed.

I just don’t know where to begin. I have so many great things to say about this company. (CACTUS Plumbing and Air) I’ll just start from the beginning.
I called this company about fifteen minutes before their closing time.
I told the nice lady that answered the phone that I have no heat in the front part of my house. I told her that I have so many doctor appointments that it was hard for me to schedule appointments for repair.
She told me to stay near the phone.
About 30 minutes later, We got a call from a Technician named Trevor. He was here in 20 minutes.
He looked at the failing unit. He told me that the parts store was closed. ( it’s about 8:45 pm) He said that he would be back in the morning with the part.
Trevor kept his word. He came back the next morning and repaired the heating unit. He also showed me my broken parts.
Trevor is about the nicest, polite and business person that I have ever met. He seemed to care about our problem with the unit.
I will be calling again for the upkeep of my two units.

I called and was able to get one of their technicians to come and service us that day within a few hours. He arrived quickly and was able to find the issue almost immediately. I had a different company come earlier who was not able to fix the issue, and Cactus plumbing and air was able to much faster. He provided me with a very detailed summary of what was happening and what needed to be done next. I fully trust their opinion and will only work with this company for any AC needs in the future.

I called this place to see if someone could come out the same day. The lady on the phone was a little rude but I just went with it anyways because she said someone could come out same day and that a plumber would call me in 2 hours. Well that was at 2:30PM and I never got a call from anyone! I stayed home and missed my niece's birthday party because I wanted to get my water heater fixed today.

I wanted to post an update! The owner Cristal reached out to me apologize for her employees behavior. She offer a comp visit for a plumber to come out right away. Jeff was very nice and professional, he showed up quick. I definitely would recommend them. Thank you for making it right I really appreciate it 🙂
