Great experience with Cactus Plumbing this weekend - Michael M. , was on time and professional , unable to find someone to come out on same day , Cactus Plumbing did come out this Sunday . Thank you guy's , I will recommend Cactus Plumbing to friends.

I just a house to renovate and use for air bnb, I found the company online, brought 3 different companies to give me estimate, they were not the cheapest and not the expensive one - the price was told at the beginning was the price at the end, no surprises, made the work on time, was waiting few month to see that everything works perfect before posting a review. Highly recommended!!

We had a great experience with this company, and our technician Trevor was very helpful and knowledgeable. We were quoted an obscene amount from one of the big corporations, so we went looking for a second opinion. Trevor was out that same day 30 minutes later and gave a fair quote and was very upfront about what was needed and what wasn't a priority. We decided to also move forward with a membership as well. Very pleased.

I called this morning and had a technician within 2 hours. Very professional, nice low key approach and communicated the costs Very clearly.

This company made my elderly parents sit for TWO WEEKS in the peak of the Arizona Summer without A/C just to upsell some part and they’ll do the same to you.

I’d rate 0 if it let me. My parents AC went out in the middle of august and they needed an emergency repair. The company lied to my family. They told us our Air Conditioner unit required a speciality motor and that the “motor required” was more expensive and we would have to wait longer to receive it.

(All Air Conditioning units in the state of Arizona can run off of the basic/cheaper model!!!)

They claimed our unit was incompatible with any other kind of motor. Made my 60+ year old parents sit without AC for two weeks in the middle of August in Arizona. All so they could try and upsell a specialty part that was not even needed. The technician I talked to then went on to try and explain how he was a former manager and how other companies in the industry will scam you and how he was doing me a solid by giving me this ”great deal” The motor he was asking for was $2k alone excluding installation fees.
The technician then went on to explain how I needed to pay him for the ENTIRE BILL AHEAD OF TIME (WORK INCLUDED) before he would even order the part or set foot on my property.

I went with another company who ordered the basic motor, had them do more work then Cactus Plumbing and Air offered and my bill was 1/3rd the amount that I was told I had to PAY UPFRONT BY CACTUS AIR AND COOLING.

Lying to your customers and telling them the most expensive option is the only option is deplorable and It’s sleazy business. Tried to call the technician to learn more about the system so I could look into it myself and see if he was telling the truth, he got super defensive and started rattling off all these reasons as to why I shouldn’t look into that and a bunch of excessive nonsense. Sat there and argued with me and tried to strong-arm me into buying the most expensive option when I began to doubt his honesty. Truly, Utterly, The worst company

Oh and if you try to ask the main office about anything, they refer you to the technician.

Quick and easy service from Cactus Plumbing and Air. Nick was very helpful and pointed out other possible points of failure to look into.

Excellent service! I spent most the day trying to unclog my main sewage line with a hose blader and drain snake with no luck. Wheeler came out and had it uncloged within 30 minutes.

They were really good. I called at 11 am and they had the work done at 4pm. They were affordable and didnt't nickel and dime me. I would suggest them to anyone.

I had a toilet that needed a new flush valve and the handle on the water supply line broke off.
The fee came to $231.
I could have had a new toilet installed for that price.

Not sure why our landlord decides to use this company. They consistently fail to tell us when they’re showing up, and fail to mention when they turn the water off. Unprofessional

We just had Tate come and service our downstairs toilet. He was very professional and got the job done fast! This company also has great customer service over the phone!

We call RYCO plumbing when we have major and complex HOA & Condo property plumbing and sewer problems. They are quick to respond, have fair pricing, and we never have to call them back a 2nd time. Highly recommended.

I came home to a hot house with no AC working. I called Ferrin Ryco and someone was at my house about an hour later. 20 minutes after that, I have a working AC unit again and my home is cooling. The technician was polite, friendly, and super quick to get my house back to a comfortable temperature again.

VERY uncomfortable, you don't need a gun to do plumbing. I asked to pat him down when he showed up at my door for a leaky toilet and he refused, i asked if he had a firearm on him and he said none of your business.
