I Found NexLVL services as a subcontractor referred by Lowe’s to install a residential water heater. The quote was about 5% higher than a competitor, but I chose them because of excellent customer service and quick response time. There were some difficulties with the installation due to the tight space the water heater was going into. Fortunately, the installer, Andreas, was very knowledgeable and could overcome the space constraint and managed to fit a larger water heater into the same spot. Kudos to him! Overall I am very pleased with this installation job and will highly recommend them. It’s difficult finding a good contractor at a reasonable price, but NexLVL Services knocked it out of the park! Thanks guys. I will be contacting you soon for other jobs.

Eric came friday and installed our new garbage disposal, he did a fantastic job , kept things organized neat and clean much appreciated, absolutely recommended and will request Eric for future installations !!!!! Thank you Eric !!!

Dan the installer arrived earlier than expected for the Delta kitchen faucet installation. He was very professional, courteous and friendly. After telling us that he recently moved to the area from Chicago, we exchanged the best places for deep dish pizza and Italian Beef. He left the work area clean, told us about the operation of the faucet. I would recommend this service company especially if you purchased anything plumbing from Lowes.

Service was wonderful - Danny called to let me know when he would arrive - he was on time - ready to work - personable and did a great job. He checked for leaks when finished (none) and even ran my newly installed dishwasher to make sure there were no leaks in that connection also. Seriously - who does that. GREAT TECH - GREAT SERVICE. Would certainly use them again.

Amazing service!! They sent Anthony out and he was super friendly and helpful! They were able to install a new water heater for me within a short timeframe around the holidays. They did a great job at an affordable price.

The NexLvl Services team was amazing from start to finish. They are a contractor to Lowe's. I had a very fair estimate within 15 minutes of contacting Lowe's. They installed a water heater within 5 hours of my initial contact. The installation technician, Connor was amazing. He figured out a creative way to not have to remove my water softener to complete the installation, worked efficiently, was knowledgeable and had great communication skills.

Every time we've used NxtLvl in the past few years I think to myself.." I need to leave these guys a Google review". So, here we are... fair pricing, polite and professional techs, efficient work, flexible scheduling. A plumbing outfit that's a pleasure to work with.

What a great company! Brian is the best. He was courteous, knowledgeable, efficient and my cocker Spaniel loved him! He did a beautiful job and left my water closet spotless!!! I cannot sing enough praises for Brian and this company!!!

I want to provide an updated review for NexLvl Services following my earlier experience. After ongoing water pressure issues related to a water heater installation, NexLvl ultimately returned, thoroughly diagnosed the problem, and successfully resolved the issue. Once the root cause was identified, the repair was handled professionally and my water pressure has been restored and is working properly throughout my home.

I appreciate that NexLvl followed through and corrected the problem, and I’m glad to say the issue is now fully resolved. While the process took longer than expected, the final outcome was positive and I’m thankful the matter was taken seriously and fixed correctly.

I was in need of a new Hot Water Heater due to mine breaking down and age. i made several calls to companies and by far Next Lvl was the most responsive and caring. They are a service provider for Lowes and the two companies worked together to make my purchase and installation seamless and worry free. I highly recommend them!

Ian was great going over all the information and costs. I even got a preliminary quote to sign off on…. I did not however received be a receipt as promised once I paid for the service and have not received a follow up email regarding other services I asked for a quote on.

Friday morning woke to toilets not flushing. Realized we had a full septic tank. Nextlevel team was able to come out Saturday morning and get it pumped. When your septic is backed up full life ends until it’s taken care of. Thanks to your whole team. I appreciate you!

Really appreciated Shaun and Carmen. I struggled with this and just couldn't figure it out. They found a very small blemish in the tank gasket. Had me back in service very quickly. They were very friendly and professional. And most importantly successful. I would have given them 5 stars but it took almost 2 weeks to get a appointment. Not there fault.

My water heater installation went very smooth. The plumber arrived on time, completed the project when he said he would and cleaned-up everything when he was done. The final price was exactly what I was quoted over the phone. I would definitely recommend NexLvl Services!

We received a cheerful good morning from our service tech about 30 minutes prior to his arrival. He arrived on time and was very pleasant. He quickly went to work and answered our questions. He explained how our faucet would not cover one hole from our prior faucet and how to resolve the problem. He finished the job within 30 minutes and left our kitchen clean and with a new faucet. We highly recommend the Lowes Installation Service, through Nextlvl, here in Maricopa, AZ.

I wanted to install a new toilet with LOWE'S, my installer Vincent with LOWE'S. He was a very nice polite and knowledgeable, and did not complain when he found I also needed a shut off valve replacement. Further into the install we found that I had no flange. My condo was built in 1972 and the material just wore out. I had the pleasure of meeting Billy a 30 year experienced plumber from NexLvl Services. Boy does it show when they know there business. He also let me pick his brain about other issues around my place... Speaking with Ashley, Joey ,Zack, Vincent, and Billy I found NexLvl with LOWE'S to be professional, knowledgeable and respectful. Recently had NexLvl install my new AC. It was an A+ service end to end. The technicians were super friendly and very knowledge-able. And the office guy, I think his name was Joey was super helpful. Highly recommend

Great experience with their team, Ashley was helpful in scheduling me in very quickly. Brian was the installer, very nice and experienced guy. Kept me informed on all the task progress, and recommendations and was quickly and did a nice job of install and cleanup. Would recommend them for service.
