I will never use another plumber besides Gavin. He answers all my questions is very thorough and does an excellent job. I cannot say enough about him… we had a situation in the kitchen caused by previous plumbers (unknowingly) and Gavin fixed my kitchen completely and I called him back when we installed our new dishwasher because I really don’t trust anyone else. My water heater wouldn’t always work so I asked a neighbor if they knew a plumber. They recommended Schroeder . One phone call and they sent someone over right away . He explained what was wrong and laid out three options to fix it or replace it . To make a long story short it is fixed and Schroeder will always be the company I call . Great service, fair price , excellent follow up.

I was very unhappy with the services provided. The Tech was supposed to do a "leak detection" test at the request of my insurance provider. He did not do a comprehensive test and only checked 1/2 of one room and marked where we already knew the piping was on the floor. He didn't check anywhere else on the premises. And he didn't check for leaks, he only marked where one pipe was at. To top it off, the tech questioned me about the "temporary" repairs another plumbing co. had already made. He went so far as to berate the unknown co. to me for not making a permanent repair. This Tech didn't care to hear that this "temporary" work was requested by the insurance co. It didn't end there, the tech also then decided to question me on the age of my water heater, arguing that it was a lot older than it was. What??? My water heater had nothing to do with the job he was there for (I know exactly when it was purchased, I have the receipt). I would NOT recommend this company and will never use them again.
