Victor & Patrick came out to fix some problems with my bathroom sinks and plumbing and they both were extremely professional and did a fantastic job. Plus they finished everything so much faster than I expected! Highly recommend them!

Victor was wonderful! He was very kind and got the job done quick. He showed me videos of exactly what was going on in my pipes and gave me tips on how to avoid problems in the future. No more sewer smell and flooding in my backyard. Bless you, Victor!

My AC went out on a hot summer day, and Chuy and Adam came out and fixed the issue within minutes. They were so professional, cool, and knowledgeable. 10/10 would recommend. Will be sharing On Services with all my people out here. Thank you Chuy and Adam! Give those guys a raise!

Jeremy did a very good job. He explained what needed to be done and how the process worked. He unclogged the drain and got it up and running again. Very professional service and demeanor. Highly recommended!

Ray and Ian were great. The problem seems fixed. It was a huge leak and it was wreaking havoc on our entire property. They were so diligent in their efforts to get the problem resolved for us quickly. In addition to stellar service they were very professional and trustworthy. They were careful and respectful of our personal items. And they thoroughly cleaned up their worksite afterwards. I would highly recommend them.

Can I just say.... You can teach a lot of skills. Situational awareness is either something you develop or you don't. Both Ray and Ian had that is spades. My toddler was overly tired, past a nap and was in full meltdown mode. I think they could tell because they took that opportunity to leave for supplies and a lunch break. It allowed my kiddo to get some much needed rest, and myself a break from the meltdown. I truly appreciate these guys. Not only for fixing the leak but for recognizing my distress and excusing yourselves for a bit. Truly appreciate you both.

My thermostat was broken and switching from hot to cold uncontrollably during a brutal AZ summer day. Chuy swapped out my thermostat after normal business hours and had a great attitude about it! Would recommend to anyone!

I had a bit of a plumbing emergency at my apartment and Eduardo was able to find a fix the leak in a quick and efficient manner. Great customer service. Very friendly and honest . I highly recommend him for anyone needing a reliable and skilled plumber

On Monday, 8-23-21, we had a leak in the wall between the garage and guest bathroom. I called Schroder and they sent out Adrian the next day at about 1 PM. He arrived promptly in the time span they gave me. He was very quick and efficient, using a camera and one other tool, he was able to find the leak. He reported back to Shroeder who sent out a plumber, Glenn, the next day. Glenn arrived promptly on Tues. 8-24-21 at 12:45 pm and completed the repair by 2:08 pm. Glenn was friendly, efficient and knowledgable. Doing business with Schroder Plumbing was a pleasure and the price of the repair was certainly reasonable!

The best service I have ever received!! The trouble shoot did not take long at all!! He found out the issue and handled the problem instantly
from the best plumber I know this mans name is Eduardo his job isn't easy I'll tell you what he's an honest hard working man he made it look easy but in the end he did an amazing job!! The plumbing team of Glen and Miguel were outstanding. Two of the best service providers we have ever used in over 36 years of owning our home in Moon Valley. The job was very involved and required approximately seven hours of labor. Glen and Miguel were patient, professional and stayed until the job was completed and our water could be turned back on. We cannot compliment each of them enough. Highly recommend.

Victor came out to assess my water heater issue. By the end of the next day, we had a new water heater and expansion tank installed perfectly and reasonably priced. He also made sure our connections and valves were replaced with high quality fittings reducing risk of leaking and making it easy to facilitate annual maintenance, etc. ON Services will be my first call when I need plumbing services.

Schroeder Plumbing was on top of everything. From the friendly staff that took the service call to the technician Matt that showed up at my house. The technician was on time, professional and solved my issue quickly. I felt the price was super reasonable and I won't hestitat to call them again.

Water heater broke at 12:00 pm on the Friday before Labor Day weekend. They were able to get Jerry out between 2 and 4 pm that day! Jerry was on time, very nice and educational. He explained what had happened and how he was going to replace the water heater. Then, once it was replaced, showed me how to light the pilot light and how to take care of the water heater. Best service technician!! Thank you and thanks to Jerry!

I came home one afternoon to a flooded kitchen. I was told On Services was performing plumbing work on the unit next door, which caused a back up into our unit. No biggie, I get it happens in apartments and hotels. I was told the plumber would stop by after his project next door to clean it up. 2 hours go by, and the plumber left. The office had to call them back to have another person come clean up after him. The first person showed back up to assist with the unit next door. The second person that showed up assured me the first guy would clean it up. He lightly sucked up water off the floor, said he would be right back to finish up, and then left. Again. Leaving his mess behind. Again. The entire process lasted 7 hours, with little to no communication. Steer clear. Its either a lack of customer service training, or lazy, dishonest employees. My money is on the first option.

I'm sad to write this review. We had an appointment today from 2pm-4pm. My wife moved clients so she could be home. No one showed or called so I called at 4:31pm and was told he was still coming and would be here maybe by 6pm. I asked the operator (i won't use her name) why we weren't called and she said she had a co-worker out and was handling a lot and did seem somewhat apologetic for not calling. I understand a busy office.

After talking with my wife I called back to cancel as we couldn't be home at 6pm. When asked to reschedule I said, "i want to but we can't loose more work as today cost us money to be home." Then there was some attitude in the response, almost a chuckle, then I hung up.

I'm giving 3 starts because the times we used them in the past the work was done well and the guys were kind. We were recommended to this company by a friend who is related to a past owner but unfortunately, we'll have to find a new company.

I don't tend to leave reviews, but felt it might cause them to pause and consider working on part of the customer service experience, not in the field but on the phone.

Outstanding service, amazing prices!! Jake did our quotes and was on top of the follow up to get the service set up, Erica assisted with the financing and the crew was phenomenal! Adam and Tony were knowledgeable, efficient and respectful of both our time and our home. They stayed until the work was complete and done right, cleaned up and removed the mess, leaving our home clean and cooled! They are even returning next week to ensure that all components of our new HVAC system are working properly. Top notch service - highly recommend On Services for both HVAC and plumbing!!

Our tub drain was so clogged it caused water and sewer gas to shoot out of the vanity sink drain. The first plumber we called couldn't open it up but Triston from On Services worked on it until flowed like new again. Great job!

I couldn't be happier with ON Services. Sydney "Sid" and Ephraim were very respectful and kept me informed of the process along the way.
Other companies were telling me I would need to wait 1-2 days to have someone out to "quote". ON Services had a tech at my home within 2 hours. Fast and Reliable.

(1/7/26 10:30 am) We almost got T-boned by one of their pick up truck. He ran the red light on Country Club/202. And he quickly swerved onto the 202 ramp. Is it that important to rush to your job location and risk other people on the road??? Ya’ll need to do something about your guys and slow the hell down. Your job site will still be there, it’s not like it’s going anywhere. I was trying to get my kids to the River People Clinic.

Unfortunately, my place of living has contracted Schroeder To do repairs to our waterlines. And following the updates that was given to me by property managers none of the updates that were given were ever met by the plumbers. Unfortunately, when I called to ask about the standards and the policies that the company has when it comes to following what they say they’ll be doing and when they’ll have things done by. And overall, just the policies of this company, The person on the phone that I was talking to, wasn’t even able to give me policies that their company is supposed to follow that they’re obligated to give their customers. Customer service and how they treat their customers doesn’t exist and they treat customers very poorly. Instead of taking the time to explain how something might work with a company, you’re gonna tell me to go screw myself and say talk to my properties maintenance. I can tell you Contracting companies that I have dealt with before are always happy to be Clear on their policies and what they are doing and supposed to be doing. Apparently, this company is not
