The Hansen Family Plumbing Tech, Mario Garcia did a fantastic job fixing our clothes dryer air vent piping. After paying for a cleaning company to try and clean out our vent pipes including a chemical clean our pipes were still totally blocked. We then hired Hansen Family who fixed the problem. Mario crawled through a tight space and replaced our vent pipes. Mario who is an HVAC tech did an amazing job. As well as being highly skilled he is a very nice and decent person.

I had an air conditioning unit repaired at my home. The technician who responded was Josh. He was punctual and professional. He clearly explained the problem and remedy for the a/c unit. The pricing was reasonable. There was no high pressure tactics that I’ve experienced with another repair business. Josh made the repairs as quickly as possible after obtaining the necessary parts. His work ethic was outstanding. He represented his business well. I highly recommend Hansen Family Plumbing and Air.

Connor was great! Came out to the house quickly, walked me through his plan and our options so I could make a decision. He didn't try to sell me on anything we didn't need. Very trustworthy and got our bathrooms up and running quickly. Hansen's my first call for any plumbing issues moving firward.

They were quick to respond. Office staff friendly knowledgeable and helpful. Technician was great. Job was done quickly. Price seemed a little high for max two hours work. But will be my first call again bc everything else was great.

I am quite willing to share how appreciative I am of Mark and Dillon from Hansen Family Plumbing. They were very task oriented, professional and informative. They were able to diagnose a complex problem with the drain lines in our home and find a solution. Very pleased with the results.

I had a technician come out for what was supposed to be a simple shower cartridge replacement due to a leaking shower head. Its a Moen, so the part is popular and easily obtainable through Lowe's or home Depot. The most expensive price for that is at both places is 58 dollars. I am sure they don't obtain their parts through them, but as a shop and commercial plumbing company they probably pay even less for the part. The tech looked at the shower WITHOUT REMOVING ANYTHING, looked at the leaking shower head and agreed it "could be" the cartridge. He then said to replace that piece, which is a "simple fix" would cost me $563.00 plus tax and credit card processing fee...that is INSANE!! I do realize that it was an after hour fee, but paying close to 600 dollars for a 20 minute repair is price gouging. The tech said "you are paying for my expertise", which I realize but that is way too much. I verified with a plumber friend I have in California and even he said that is a 200-300 dollar job on the high end. I paid the 79 dollar service fee, which I agreed to from the initial phone call for his 3 minute assessment. NEVER EVER GO TO THIS COMPANY, ESPECIALLY AFTER HOURS. SHAME ON YOU CONNER FUNK & HANSEN FAMILY PLUBING & AIR!!!!

I used them for 2 seasonal HVAC inspections and a tankless water heater flush at first. After trying them out and having 3 positive experiences, I signed up as an annual member so I don't have to hunt for seasonal coupons. Plus, as a member, they'll call to remind me when it's time to schedule the bi-annual services. So convenient!

It was important to me to find a family-owned company (being new to AZ). It's also hard to find quality customer service these days so I want to provide positive feedback when it's earned. Plus, our tech today (Nelson Carlson) was friendly, prompt, informative and very respectful of our home. Five stars for this company so far!

We had a great experience with Anthony. He explained everything very clearly, and I was reassured that Hansen Family Plumbing truly cares about the customer and is not looking to "make a quick buck." The work was done quickly, and everything was handled professionally. Highly recommended.

Scheduling was extremely easy and I was able to get a next day appointment. Before my appointment I received an automated text that my technician was on the way and then Isaac called to let me know when he was 10 minutes away. Isaac was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He took a ton of pictures and explained in detail the status of my system and recommendations to extend its life. I didn't feel pressured or uncomfortable. Definitely recommend.

The scope of work included removing the kitchen sink, faucet and plumbing and installing a new SS sink,faucet and plumbing. Chad did a physical inspection of the job and outlined the risks and made recommendations. I enjoyed Chad's depth of knowledge and recomendations bidding the scope of work. While the work was bid online Hansens quote was $225.00 higher than the next on line bid. All work was completed at very high quality and a competitive price. You get what you pay for and I'm a very happy customer.

Anthony arrived early for our plumbing appointment. I was very pleased with his knowledge and professional manner concerning our water line leak. Anthony was very patient in explaining our options that we had to correct our plumbing problem. Thanks again for such great service. (Jim in Sun City West)

Follow-up:
Anthony, along with Yael, and Colen arrived early Friday morning to install our new main water line to our house.

From start to finish, they trenched, installed, and tested the new main line in just about six and a half hours.

Their work as a team is truly outstanding. When finished they left our landscape neater that it was before they started.

The Hanson Family has a winning team with this crew of professionals.

Everything from scheduling to the technician visiting my house was quick and seamless. They were able to do a same day appointment and the tech, Michael M., was very informative and made sure to leave the space better than it was when he arrived, even cleaning up little water spots on the floor. Will definitely use this company again and highly recommend!

Chris helped me make an informed decision about what water-heater to get, then he installed it expertly, all the while explaining what he was doing. Anthony arrived promptly and was great to work with. He took the time to troubleshoot our heater issue and provided a very reasonable quote. When our tankless water heater failed, he was able to swap it out quickly and efficiently. He even let me purchase the heater at wholesale to avoid a markup, which I really appreciated. He’s coming back to install the comfort valve at a reduced price as well. Honest, knowledgeable, and professional—highly recommend Anthony.

Isaac from Family Hansen did an excellent job with our HVAC inspection and repair. He was thorough, professional, and very respectful of both my time and my home. The first time you have to call a plumber for yourself can be intimidating. You don’t just want your problem fixed, you want it explained. You want to feel like the person helping you took the time to make sure they understand the specific issue, and that you understand what your options are, and why.

Hansen Family Plumbing wasn’t the first plumber I called, but they will certainly be the last. When I called, their tech Chris G was able to come out and fix our issue same day. He did a wonderful job of making sure we understood what was going on and what needed to be done. He also took the time to do a full plumbing health inspection of the home and provided a sheet that clearly showed what we needed to monitor and its current status. Chris then again went above and beyond when reviewing the inspection results with us.

The professionalism, kindness, service and transparent pricing is everything you could want from a repair service. Applause all around.

I was looking for a reputable HVAC company and I found it with Hansen. Austin is fairly new to AZ and the company but he is an asset to this organization. His knowledge and professionalism makes me fortunate to find this HVAC company. I have 2 older Trane units and his training and experience really showed while diagnosing these units. He explained the process and procedures masterfully. Highly recommended HVAC technicians.
