I had the pleasure of working with Sev & Yael. From assessment to end of repair I was informed of every detail. Work was well documented with photos. The customer service was superior. Even the clean up they performed was beyond my expectations. I had no idea what a reroute was, now I am well informed. Quality of work ,professionalism & cost will be why I will use Hansen Family Plumbing in the future and highly recommend their services to all.

Dick Hansen came to my house and was great. He gave me all the information I needed with lots of “free” advice. He obviously knows a lot about this industry and was easy to trust. Would recommend 10/10.

Connor was amazing!!! Did an amazing job and more than likely prevented a catastrophe down the road for a plumbing leak / issue with my valves and sink drains. Also decided to get 3 new toilets. Never thought I’d be happy about a toilet, but Connor sure made me happy. Connor did an exceptional job and made sure everything we done right.

They were able to schedule me for a next day onsite inspection, which was really convenient. Their technician Connor was polite, professional, and helped fix my clogged garbage disposal for a reasonable price. Would definitely use them again!

I called for an estimate for spraying a liner inside our old pipe. Dick showed up and listened to my situation and then gave me his opinion. A previous plumber told me that my kitchen sink was compromised. He said that his snake hit dirt. Dick said let me check it out and clean the line. It will tell me what is going on. He ran a cutting wheel through the line and the "dirt" was buildup in the line not dirt. He opened up our line and restored full use of our kitchen sink and the dishwasher by using common sense based on his years as a professional. I didn't know he owned the company until he handed me his card!! He was humble and kind from the start. I assumed he was just an employee who did estimates but he had one of the trucks and performed the service himself. We could not be happier with our experience calling Hansen Family Plumbing & Air.

I met Isaac this morning to discuss replacing my aging attic HVAC unit. He was professional and informative, sharing helpful sketches and videos about installation and performance. We reviewed options and pricing, and Isaac’s enthusiasm and representation of Hansen were impressive. I highly recommend consulting Isaac for HVAC and home filtration needs.

Our water heater wasn't working. Never had to deal with this before. So don't know what to expect. Took a leap of faith and called them. They scheduled for the technician to come out the next day to see what's going on. There was a leak and Sev(plumber they sent) told us that it couldn't be fixed. He went over the details and answered all my questions to our satisfaction, which I appreciated. We ended up replacing the heater. Install was done very professionally the same day. We also had Sev install PRV as it was recommended, potentially saving us some trouble in future. Sev was pleasure to work with and did the job with great care.

Nels was our technician, and he was amazing. Informed me of everything he was doing in detail. He was very knowledgeable and honest. I highly recommend Hansen for all your AC and plumbing. They have never disappointed. Thank you!

We had a leak in the bottom of our garbage disposal so we called a few companies but Lawson stood out in their customer service and urgency to help us out right before the holidays. Chris G came out and did an outstanding job. He was extremely professional, friendly, and took the time to make sure we had all our questions answered. From this seamless experience, we will be using Lawson for all our plumbing, water, and HVAC needs moving forward. We’re glad to have a local family owned business we trust here in the valley given the uptick in corporate buyouts. Would 10/10 recommend Lawson and Chris G.

We had a garbage disposer issue that I could not repair. I often check Yelp for information and found a number of highly rated plumbing companies that service our area.

The first three companies that I called answered my call with voice mail. I called Hansen and a friendly, polite, and efficient person answered the phone on the first ring. Given the lack of attention to customer service these days, I was pleasantly surprised and expected to be told that they would be able to service our needs days or a few weeks from now. More pleasant surprises, they had Dillon at our home the very next day!

It gets worse. Dillon was on time, polite, knowledgeable, and had our disposal running again in a few minutes. The cost? NO CHARGE. "Please consider us in the future". Hansen will be my first call should the need arise in the future, and I shall be an Hansen evangelist to my friends and neighbors. Highly recommended.

I needed urgent repairs. Hansen plumbing arrived 20 minutes after I called for help. Two hours later the problems were fixed, perfect cleanup and friendly service and what I believe was a fair price. I won’t hesitate to call them again if I need plumbing service.

Hansen was highly recommended through a friend. I called yesterday afternoon and they were here at 2:30 the next day. Thirty minutes into their estimated 3 hour window. The technician Nels. Was thorough and made me feel at ease with his process. Turns out there was nothing wrong with my units, I’m just crazy. He did have some suggestions for me to consider. Nothing urgent but recommended. When I decide to move on these recommendations, Hansen Family Plumbing Repair will be my first call.

I was very impressed with Hansen Family Plumbing and Air. Dick Hansen came out to give us a quote for a pipe replacement in our outside fire pit. He was very cordial during his visit and was very thorough in explaining what had to be done and why it had to be done. He even offered suggestions on the best way to replace the pipe and the supply line. I also asked him for a quote to install new toilets, and I received a quote from the main office within minutes. Kelly and the office staff were very accommodating in scheduling the visit and they were excellent in following up to find out if I had any questions.

Chris G. did a fantastic job at my home today! He was incredibly efficient, replacing a tub drain and fixing a leaky sink in record time. He was professional, knowledgeable, and left everything spotless!

Mark is extremely professional, his attention to detail is spot on, he is personable (we consider him our friend at this point!), and we have been extremely happy with every repair job that he has come to help us out with — giving us advice and also being there to answer all of our questions in a timely manner.

What we appreciate most is that Mark never rushes through a job. He takes the time to explain what he’s doing, offers preventative tips to save us headaches down the road, and makes sure everything is done right the first time. Michael was extremely thorough in his evaluation of the services we would need. He inspected every inch of our sewer line to see what, exactly, needed to be done. He gave me a cost breakdown for each service. He answered all of my questions, made sure I understood the risks/benefits of each option, and didn’t pressure me to make a quick decision.
