These guys are the best!! I own a Restaurant so I've been using them for years now. If I ever need help with anything they are just a call away! The customer service is always perfect! The receptionist always answers the phone every nice and schedules a tech to come out ASAP. Every time I have had a plumber on site they have always been super polite and they always know what they are doing! They get the job done so they are in and out super fast!! That's the way it should be! Thanks guys for the wonderful service!

I have been using Schroeder Plumbing as my exclusive plumbing company for a little over 2 years now. With multiple rental properties there is always something that needs attention, but Schroeder Plumbing has never let me down. They fit me in the same day when I had an emergency, and solved the problem within a couple of hours. I trust them and their rates are reasonable. I don't feel I have ever been over charged for services.

Can't say enough good things about the service I received from Jerry. He was thorough and quick. The problem was difficult to solve from someone who did previous work. He did things the right way not the easy way. I highly recommend him. Moreover I would hire him again.

On Services is a great company. Technician was on time looked at everything I needed done and had it all completed within 2 hours. Erica and Milena (on the phones) were so nice and helpful. Joel (plumber/tech) went above and beyond and fixed my issue in record time and even tightened the toilet paper roll holder in my bathroom. He was so friendly, he definitely deserves a raise!

We had a new water heater installed. The technician arrived within the estimated time and and installed with no issues. We had a different technician come out to replace shower heads, tub/shower faucets and spouts he did great work. He was supposed to come out on Monday but did not receive a call that he would not make it until after 5. He was supposed to come out Tuesday between 3-5 but did not receive a call until after 5 and he didn't arrive until after 7. He had to come back the following day to finish up and the same thing happened again but no call. I would have given 5 stars had I received a call earlier stating he would be delayed. The work was GREAT!

This is my first experience with Schroeder Plumbing, and it has been a great one. They sent Adrian Contreras (hope I've spelled his name correctly) to perform a leak detection service. We took him up on his offer to come earlier than planned, and from the minute he arrived, he was calm, professional, efficient, and amazingly knowledgeable. He did all he needed to do and gave us peace of mind as he explained his process and results in plain language (this is so helpful for people like me who aren't in the plumbing profession!). Schroeder Plumbing was recommended from a coworker after I explained the nightmare I was having with a plumber sent by my warranty company. Schroeder responded very quick to my call and got on the schedule within a few days. The tech who came out was thorough and explained the needed repairs very clearly and also provided me options. Once I decided what repair I wanted to go with, they were done very quickly and I haven’t had any issues. I will definitely be calling Schroeder for future plumbing needs.

I have been using Schroeder for a while now at my personal residence and multiple rentals. They have done a large variety of work including replacing water heaters, installing new tub / shower inserts, replacing / resetting toilets, and clearing out sink drains.

I have always been happy with their work no matter who the technician is and they stand by it as well. I recently had a leak at a shut off valve that they replaced a few months ago. They came back out and re-did the work no charge and no questions asked. They are also super responsive and usually on site within 24 hours or so during the week.

Look, its 2024 and nothing is cheap. But you get what you pay for. I find Schroeder to be an excellent combination of quality of work, customer service, and cost.
