Danny was great! On time, he was very prorfessional. He replaced our disposal and cleaned up well after, and even took the old dispoal to... dispose of! Highly recommend.

The leak under my sink is fixed with a two year guarantee. NEXlvl communicated perfectly, and the plumber was very professional.

We recently had NEXLVL Services provide & install a new water heater. Our old unit had concealed issues that could of meant real problems. NEXLVL sent Anthony D., the technician to resolve the matter within 24 hours. This man was remarkable. Extremely knowledgeable, professional and a gentleman. Today I had a water heater installed in my house, the guy who came was very professional, he answered all my questions (and I had a lot🫣) and concerns with patience and knowledge, he even cut a shelf that was on the way of the heater as an extra job. I am really happy with the job he did and I would recommend this company, I have some more plumbing jobs that need to be done around my house and definitely will call them back

I called mid morning and they sent someone out before 1:00 PM. John was very polite was in and out in 15 Minutes, and was very pleasant and did a good job. I would recommend them. The price was very reasonable.

Last minute emergency on an early Sunday morning, from dispatch to time of arrival was a solid 30 minutes at 6 AM. Professional & very straight forward. Got to the root of our problem! 10/10 would highly recommend!

I am into day 10 no Hot Water. This company is the issues - bought thru Lowes. They had to install a 20 gallon unit with simple 15 amp. Issues since day one - they blamed the manufacturer. Just found out yesterday wrong power that they requested should be 120 not 240. Put my family in danger with wrong power. Wasted $ electric using wrong power - now not responding to my calls. Had over 5 service people out and none of them checked the power till yesterday. Lowes needs these people retrained or find another expert installation team that was promised when we bought the Hot Water Heater!
