Shawn came out within an hour of us calling on Sunday evening to help fix a shower issue. He was so kind, thorough & honest. He fixed it quickly and with a fair price. I absolutely plan to use him again & recommend him to others!

I can’t say enough good things about our experience with Shawn and Always Plumbing. He was quick and very easy to communicate with, and he took the time to explain what was happening with the water heater and gave thoughtful recommendations for our situation. He was great about working around our schedules and finding a time that worked for all of us. The installation process was fast and efficient, and the work he did on our water heater is very well done. Plus, when he installed the water heater he even took the time to bring our trash can in since the trash had run while he was working. We are so appreciative and highly recommend Always Plumbing!

I had a remodel and the previous person who installed my under plumbing and sink drains made a mess of things. The water was backing up and leaking under the sink and the dishwasher was leaking as well. I contacted Always Plumbing and Shawn had me send a couple of pics to assess the issue and he was like, here's the problem. Then he said I can be there tomorrow for your estimate and I don't charge for that or a second opinion. Well, he was fantastic, he was lower than other plumbers by at least 1000 and he offered, new customer discount and military discount. He also offers senior discount . He was here all day, replacing pipes and hoses drains and my other sink the drain would not lift or close properly, he fixed that and flushed my hot water heater. I can say that he was the kindest, friendliest plumber that i feel confident in referring to everyone i know and dont know. Great Job Shawn, we will see you next time!! Great service and providing tips was great too!

This is the company to call for excellent plumbing service with a plumber that is honest and follows through with what they say. This is my plumbing company for the rest of my life. I feel very good in referring this company to any that needs a plumber.

Had a great experience with Always Plumbing! Water heater broke on Monday evening. Shawn made the scheduling convenient, and our unit was replaced the next day with all new quality parts. It was affordable and he handled all of the warranty issues. Made a bad situation quite pleasant.

Shawn did a fantastic job replacing our water heater and getting rid of our water hammer problem. Great price, punctual, amazing work, and communicated the problems and solutions in the best way. This is the second time we called him since we were happy with the replacement of our toilet. We will definitely continue to call Always Plumbing for all our plumbing needs.

If you have an issue with your water mainline, give Shawn from Always Plumbing a call. We found a leak in our water main, had to shut the water off at the curb, and called a “professional” (self described) plumbing company. After 24 hours of jerking us around and a ridiculous quote (and a very nervous and upset family with no water), I called Shawn. Problem solved! He showed up with a team in about an hour from my call, even rescheduled a less urgent job. They quickly identified the issue and suggested a solution at a fair price. They couldn’t complete the repair until the following day when the ditch which team was available (they also rescheduled to make room for Always Plumbing). But no worries, Always Plumbing left us with a temporary above ground water line so we had water back on in the house. The next morning, the teams assembled and were done before noon! Everything back togeather as it was! I highly recommend Always Plumbing for water main issues!!!
