We had Shawn from Always plumbing come out to replace our "dead" electric water heater that had faithfully served the last two owners of our house since 2012. The old water heater went out with a bang, or should I say-with a flash, LOL!

Shawn was nice enough to come out on this past Sunday morning and did an excellent job at a reasonable price. While he was here, we also had him replace the washer and dryer valves as they were original to the house and were on my to do list. Shawn told me the easiest way to do those valves if I wanted to do them myself, but with me on chemo (and the yucky side effects) It made sense that while Shawn was here, he could do those as well.

We are happy with our service and Shawn definitively knows his craft well!

Always Plumbing was referred to me by a family member when I needed to determine if I had a leak in my garage. Shawn was able to see me the next day, showed me the issue, and provided lots of great information on possible solutions. Two days later he was back to fix the problem (my water heater needed to be replaced). He completed the work, explained everything to me after he was finished and left my garage nice and clean. 10/10 would recommend Always Plumbing to anyone looking for a plumber.

Shawn Henry was brilliant, so well educated in his expertise of plumbing. We first met Shawn at Home _____. He installed a water heater dismantled and carried away the old one. A couple years later our Manablock water system needed rebuilding. He analyzed the issue reconfigured all parts and rebuilt the entire system with confidence. Another plumber wanted 30k to replumb our entire home. Shawn was confidant and knew his suppliers and guaranteed perfection. That's exactly what he honored. He is honest, conscientious and knowledgeable and a really fine human being you can trust. We are grateful elders who gave him a chance and he was our rock star in time of need. Once again, Ronnie was terrific. He replaced my bathroom faucet and replaced the main water source outside my house. He's excellent!

Ronnie knows what he's doing, and is much better about talking to you about it than anyone else I've ever hired, so that you can make a good decision about what to do. No beauracracy and out-of-touch policies like others. He just focuses on good troubleshooting and solving the right thing promptly without a bunch of bloated pricing and extra charges. I've had him replace a broken hose bib for me and repair a malfunctioning water heater and in both cases he was experienced and efficient in getting it done right.

Same day response, professional service, high quality work, and excellent price. Our primary plumbing issue was resolved quickly, and they took additional time and care to ensure no problems with any part of the system or install down the road; including taking the time to pick up and install new toilets and shut offs at our request. I would 100% recommend this company.
