Benjamin Plumbing was the 8th, and final, plumber to bid on my water heater replacement job.

Ben showed up early to the appointment.
He was polite, professional, informational, and upfront about exactly what he would do and what it would cost.
There were no surprises; no comments of "and anything else deemed necessary".
Completely transparent.
No drama or doomsday comments..."Oh, a 40 gallon won't fit in there... What's on the other side of that wall? I'll have to knock it down.... This is a big job. I'll have to bring an extra man."

An old 40 gallon water heater had come out of the mechanical closet, and a new 40 gallon water heater went in.
It fit perfectly.
And Ben was a one-man show.

About 5 or 10 minutes after he left our initial meeting there was a written bid in my email.
There was no fine print.
Nothing of which to be wary.
After all the other bids, all the other experiences, and so many red flags from others, deciding to hire Ben was easy.
I already had all the information I needed.

Ben was able to come back a few hours later and complete the job in just over an hour.
He was efficient, knowledgeable, professional, focused, and detail-oriented. He cleaned up 100% after himself.
He answered all questions and concerns.

In a couple weeks he will be back to install two faucets and update some of the plumbing under my kitchen sink.

After he was finished with my water heater installation he was able to help another person in the community with a sudden plumbing issue.

I would encourage anyone to at least have Ben bid on their plumbing job and then decide for themself.
I don't think you will be disappointed if you hire him.

Ben responded immediately about a leak under my sink at my commercial property. He had the equipment on his truck to repair the leaking condensation copper pipe. So happy and thankful that I have a fabulous plumber. He is a great plumber and good human!

After a neighbor and good friend raved about the careful, considerate, uber-skillful (yet reasonably priced) work Ben did for her, it was a no-brainer as to who to call with a plumbing problem! He was here when he said he'd arrive (even a bit early), went right to work, took photos throughout the job, finished and cleaned up thoroughly. He exceeded expectations in every way. What a breath of fresh air!

Ben came over and took care of business without trying to do all this extra stuff that would have been more expensive. He left my bathroom clean and sealed everything up. Communication was great, I knew exactly what was wrong and how he fixed it.
