Drawback - his prices are very expensive. For example: a shower valve replacement that should be about $400 cost me $700.

Jim does great work. He was very professional and took care of my Bath tub and shower problems as well as a hand sink. He shows up on time and trouble shoots the job and makes sure everything is functioning perfect before he leaves. This is my second time using Sonoran Desert Plumbing and I will highly recommend them to my friends.

This company was fantastic! They were quick to respond, got Richard out the same day, and easily solved our problem. Richard was kind, knowledgeable, and thorough with his work. We called this company for a second opinion after we were quoted $1,700 from another company for the same problem and they resolved it for $225. VERY impressed ! We had a shower handle break and the water was stuck on. We called them immediately after getting a recommendation from a neighborhood group. My technician was named Levi. He was professional, explained everything that needed to be done, arrived early, and best of all was cheaper than the local competitors. Do yourself a favor and call these guys.

Based how they drive, which was very aggressive and some interesting looks when they passed, I would not recommend them. Plenty of other plumbers to choose from. Next time, don't drive like a jackass in a company branded vehicle.

I called Rainbow Plumbing and talked with Savel Castro, who had done some work for me in the past. I had a shower that no hot water would come out after I flushed my water heater. Apparently, some debris had migrated from the water heater and lodged itself into the shower cartridge, blocking the hot water outlet port. I attempted to repair this myself but couldn’t get the cartridge removed. Fearing I might make things worse, I called Savel who came out to my house and had the clogged cartridge removed and replaced inside of an hour. This company is outstanding and reasonably priced and I will always use them for any plumbing needs that I may need in the future!
