Professional, Polite, Responsive. Rad Plumbing is the company to hire. They removed our pool solar heating panels and pipes from our roof for a roof replacement and then returned to put them back. They did a great job. Josh even returned when I saw a leak that was not caused by them and he fixed it and explained the problem a did not charge us for the visit. I can see that he wants to do the best job for the customer. I would highly recommend Josh and Rad Plumbing.

Garbage disposal was end of life. Rob offered to come same day on a Sunday... but offered to come first thing the next Monday to save me $$$. Four plumbers couldn't come... thankful to have found Rad Plumbing! Excellent work, great pricing and outstanding customer service.

I was trying to install my new ice machine in my restaurant. The kit didn't include what I needed. I went to Home Depot, showed a picture on what I was trying to accomplish and the employee gave me what I thought I needed. After a few trys on going back to Home Depot and chatting with 4 different people and showing them multiple pictures they still were not able to solve the issue. I ended up calling Rad Plumbing. Robert R. came out and fixed the water line to my new ice machine. Robert was very professional and his response time was record breaking. He got to the restaurant in no time at all. We are seniors and unfortunately our kitchen sink plugged up on a Saturday night. We called RAD and they were so kind and sent out a plumber that evening. He was very polite and knowledgeable, and fixed the problem within 30 minutes. We couldn’t have asked for a better outcome! We’ll definitely use them again should we need a plumber in the future.

We are so thankful for Rad Plumbing. We woke up to find our carpet in our closet wet and we're not sure where the leak was coming from. We called them on a Sunday and they had someone dispatched within 2 hours. Josh the technician that came out was wonderful and found the source within minutes! These guys are awesome! Rob came out a couple of years ago and did a free scope and showed me the sad state of my old galvanized and cast iron pipes. After a few estimates, I went with RAD to replace all of the drain plumbing under the foundation. Josh and Anthony came out and did a fantastic job, working with my other contractors and keeping one of the bathrooms up and running the whole time after the initial dig.
Even though I threw in a few extras beyond the scope of the original quote, they saved me thousands compared to the other estimates I received.
I recommend RAD for any plumbing job, large or small!

The owner himself called in the middle of a very hectic day; patiently listened; asked questions then, offered a suggestion to remedy the problem. The suggestion worked! I've used RAD Plumbing on three different occasions. All three times they came over and looked at my problem the same day I got in touch with them and two of the three times they started the same day and the other time they started the next day. Very prompt, excellent work, very courteous and professional. They also did a good job of explaining charges up front and stuck with the price they originally quoted me even when they ended up doing a little bit of extra work. Would definitely recommend them and will continue to use them anytime I have Plumbing issues come up
