Rob was amazing! My family stepped in and helped me get my kitchen sink working again. I’m grateful it was Rob who came. I felt comfortable with him in my home. He communicated very well with me. I could tell immediately that he knew his trade well as he spoke with me and showed me what needed to be done. ! A garbage disposal never sounded so beautiful! He also fixed two leaks. He replaced my broken faucet.

I’d give them 20 stars if I could. RAD Plumbing was amazing. I called this morning and spoke with Debbie who was so sweet and then Rob, one of the owners, called me back. He was incredibly responsive and communicative. I really wanted an estimate over the phone so I didn’t waste time, and he kindly gave me a range but said he would happily come over to provide an accurate quote. I was scared about it continuing to leak and flood and he went through the process of draining the tank (free of charge) even though he knew I was still getting other quotes.
Rad Plumbing was by far the most reasonable cost wise, very responsive and went out of his way to be helpful.

I recently had Rad Plumbing replace my water heater, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Before choosing them, I shopped around and received five other quotes. Most of the big box stores were charging almost double the price for an equivalent—or even lesser—brand of water heater, and many of them were very pushy and tried to upsell products I didn’t need.

Rad Plumbing did a great job replacing our hot water heater last year so I called them again when we were having issues replacing our toilet. Both times the technicians were very nice and the prices were reasonable. A well deserved 5 stars!

I needed a faucet repair. Rad Plumbing was pleasant to work with from office staff to techs, to the plumber. They care about their clients, provide explanations, do an efficient job, and take pride in their work. After talking with the workers, it shows that the Rad Plumbing employees feel appreciated by their employer as well. Love this company! They have always been able to come out in an appropriate time frame and even same day on an emergency call. Have had them do a few projects so far and have been very pleased from start to finish. I must also mention you can tell a lot about a company just from their scheduling team. Had a great experience with Rad Plumbing. He took the time to check out the issue I was having with a toilet and shower drain issue. He was extremely thorough checking all the toilets and showers in the house and ended up snaking them out. As well as offered solutions for a different style R/O system for my garage that puts out better water pressure. Extremely professional, has great communication skills and was at the house fast. Would most definitely recommend this plumber to friends or family. Will definitely use in the future. 🤙
