I never take the time to leave reviews, but in this case it is absolutely warranted. I was recommended Josh through a friend and Josh couldn’t have been more helpful, responsive, a straight shooter and best of all- he was able to clear my drain/pipe and extend the life of my pipes/sewer line and save me significant money when other big corporate plumbing companies said they tried and couldn’t get the water flowing and told me I had no choice but to do “Full House Sewer Replacement”. Thankfully I connected with Josh before I made a decision and he promptly went to my house and cleared the drain/pipe in less than 30min and even ran wash machine and kitchen sink at same time to test that water was flowing properly. Going forward, Josh will be my first call on any plumbing issues I have. He is the most honest and straightforward plumber I have ever met and sadly that is sort of pretty rare with big corporate plumbing companies that clearly incentivize their plumbers to push the most expensive repairs/replacements vs. trying to fix the issue -when there are other options that are much more cost effective for homeowners to extend the life of their older plumbing. Thank you Josh, you are the man!!
When I eventually do a house remodel or rebuild, Josh earned the assignment and I will be able to sleep at night knowing I got the right guy for the job.

Chose Rad Plumbing because it was a family-owned business and was not disappointed! No HOT water in either bath or the kitchen so called Rad and they sent a team member (Josh) within two days. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and fixed one issue immediately. Checked out my water heater, found elements were going bad, came back a couple days later and installed new water heater. I now have HOT water and thank Rad and their team on a job well done. I will recommend them to anyone and will continue to use them in the future.

We called Rad plumbing today because we discovered a leak in an outside copper line. They were out within 2 hours and fixed the leak quickly and neatly!!! What a relief. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable!! I would recommend them without hesitation!!!

Rob was fantastic and came right out to my place in order to help fix a leak. It was late at night and he took time to come out and make sure to get it fixed and assured as we had running water. He was a pleasure to deal with and an outstanding guy. Could not recommend any higher! If I could do six stars I would!

We were referred to Rad Plumbing to upgrade our bathroom faucets, angle stops, and supply lines at our house. While they were here, we discovered a major plumbing outdoor leak, and Rob called in reinforcements to dig out and replace the outdated, fragile PVC pipes with copper. They installed the new backflow preventer, and took care of everything really fast. I'm really impressed by their attention to detail, professionalism, and outstanding service.

So it was a no brainer to call them back out when I was looking at buying this new house I had Rad plumbing come out and scope it.
