Called reliable rooter and plumbing to come help replace a shower cartridge since it was stuck due to being so old. Diego showed up on time, knew exactly what the issue was and had the problem fixed in under 20 minutes. Just talking with them you can tell the experience they have with these common problems. Simple fix, even reinstalled all of the pieces he didn't need to since he was in the area. Cleaned up afterwards and we couldn't be happier. Few weeks later we found out that our water valve was leaking in the shower as well. Called Scott back and he had Diego scheduled right away. Had the valve swapped out in no time. Great customer service and awesome workers!

So this is the fourth time I have used Scott and reliable rooter. They have done a shower valve, front water gate valve, a clogged cleanout, and now replaced my washer valves. Diego, the technician most recently, was awesome and came out on Friday afternoon at 4pm to help with my washing machine valves. My machine had died the day before, and when replacing it with my new one, my valves started leaking water due to being original gate valves and old. I was going to have to shut the water off to my whole house to stop the leaking, and called Reliable since I had used them before. They were lifesavers, and I highly recommend Reliable Rooter. Scott and Dan have helped me out in the past as well. They are normal guys, not pretentious, and no $70k pickup pulls up to quote the job. Good value, good work, solid value. Fantastic job by the technician who came out. He repaired a damaged sink sprayer hose that had been leaking. Everything works like new again. Very dependable service.

Water started dripping from a pipe joint behind the washing machine unexpectedly. I called this plumbing crew and the technician replaced the joint and resealed it completely. He tested the system and checked nearby connections. The leak stopped immediately and I’m very satisfied with their work.

Our shower drain was completely blocked one morning. Their technician came out and cleared the obstruction in the line. He also checked the rest of the drainage system. The shower works perfectly now.
