No one ever likes having to call a plumber. The team at Fast Layne Plumbing made the experience a lot less stressful. From the moment I called I just felt so comfortable knowing they would take care of my issue in my shower. In the past, I have used the Big Box company that you see on TV every 5 minutes, and was always over charged and just felt like they were high pressure salesmen. Fast Layne DID NOT make me feel that way at all. Cole and Joey came out to look at the shower to see why it was not turning on. They fixed it in no time at all and did not try to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn't need. Thank you for being honest, caring and showing your customers that you actually care!

The reason they even get one star is because they did have someone out to my house within a couple hours.
However.... I had called them because I had already waited several days for my home warranty protection plan to cover the plumbing. Since I NEEDED to be able to shower, do laundry or even flush the toilet, I abandoned the home warranty buffoons. And Fast Layne had good reviews so I trusted them. Anyway, I had already been dealing with a stoppage for several days.
When the plumber from Fast Layne left my house, I was $250 poorer but he didn't snake the line. All he did was confirm via video scope I had a stoppage. I already knew that. He told me it would be over $5,000 to replace the line that was blocked from the roots. But why didn't he snake the line so I could have temporary use until I got the line replaced?? Another plumber was able to do it the next day. Not sure why Fast Layne couldn't do it.
When I emailed the company with my grievance, I got no response.
Save your money for a REAL plumbing company that actually gets the job done.

They installed a new Water Softener and RO system. It was complicated considering we did not have a pre-made loop. However, they were able to install the softener, ensure the discharge was installed appropriately and kept damage and drywall removal to a minimum. Excellent customer service and they’re happy to address any questions and concerns you might have. I’d highly recommend hiring them the next time you need help.

Fast Layne Plumbing has done a lot of great work for me and the Assisted Living Facility I manage. Every time we’ve had a plumbing issue, they’ve been able to come out in a timely manner. Just today we had our hot water heater go out, and Cameron was able to replace it so we had hot water again within a couple hours of my initial call. Highly recommend.

After work was initially done, I noticed a less than ideal pipe routing. I contacted the owner and he came out the next day to address the situation and everything now looks great!

I had a problem with my water heater, so I called Ox Plumbing and they came in 30 minutes and fixed it the same day! It was an affordable and amazing service. In my opinion they are the best in the valley! 10/10 service would recommend.

My husband reached out to OX Plumbing for a second opinion on an issue we had with our master bathtub gurgling every time our toilets flushed. We were told by a different company that there was a pressure issue in our pipes and that company quoted us $2300 to fix (which we thought was absolutely crazy). OX Plumbing came to check it out and determined it was in fact NOT a pressure issue. The problem is fixed, & they saved us $2k. Thank you Caleb & RoRo!! We’ll make sure to use this company for any future plumbing issues.
