This was one of the best plumbing experiences we have had! Wyatt was courteous and very knowledgeable. He explain the costs and options before starting the work. There was actually a bigger issue that had shown up and he was able to solve that problem as well. I would recommend Mesa Plumbing Company to anyone based on our experience.

Recently purchased a home with a broken water softener! When we attempted to use it, leaking throughout the garage was noted and we could not stop it! We called Mesa Plumbing and within the day, Wyatt was out to replace the tank. Courteous and very professional!

Within two months, we noted concerns with the tank and again leaking in the garage was noted. Again called Mesa Plumbing…this time on a Sunday afternoon and by Monday morning, Ryan was at our house looking to see what the problem was. It was a faulty device of the tank itself. Within two hours, he returned to the house, had the replacement part and got it functioning again.

Professional, courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable! Why would anyone go anywhere else? Family owned business for over 75 years. Their reputation means everything! Not often found in most businesses!

All of these amazing men are great and extremely professional and friendly. They don’t try to upsell you or gouge you either. They are an honest and hard working team.

Absolutely outstanding service! This third-generation plumbing company truly lives up to its reputation. They installed new clean-outs within 12hrs of being estimated at our 1950’s home in central phoenix. The entire experience was seamless from start to finish. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about the quality of their work.

I called this company based on the positive reviews posted on NextDoor, and they were great! The person I spoke to at the office was very friendly and capable, and helped me feel very confident in their ability to help me. They were able to send someone out the next morning (it wasn’t an emergency) and he arrived right at the beginning of the 2-hour window they’d given me.

Warren was also very friendly and professional. He was quickly able to determine how to resolve the broken pipe, and actually improved the set up so the shower is better overall, not just back to the way it was. The price was less than I was anticipating, too.

Altogether, I am very pleased with my dealings with this company and would recommend them to others.

I was told the job would be done in one day and it took a week. They ruined the landscaping while removing the rock to replace the piping in the front yard. Kendall plumbing charged me $260 for the landscaper to come out and repair what they destroyed. The landscaper they hired did not quality check their job and had to come back out because it was not repaired correctly after I ran the system.
Additionally I had to reach out to them with every issue with the job rather then them contacting me.
They came highly recommended and the reviews make them sound like they’re a great company but after my experience I don’t recommend them to anyone!

Both plumbers that have come out to my property have been phenomenal (Chris and Warren). I have used many other companies before Kendall, but I will only use them moving forward. They do not overcharge and their staff is professional , friendly, and they know plumbing.

We've used Kendall twice now - May 2020 and August 2021. They repaired a pipe by an outdoor water spigot inside a cinder block wall. The other time they unclogged a pipe between our bathrooms. Both times they sent Chris and were quick to respond, up front about costs and most of all - did great work. I highly recommend them and will be using them exclusively from now on!

We've utilized Kendall Plumbing's services for several years from water softener replacement to soft water system replacement to general pipe repairs. They are consistently exceptional: fair pricing, professional service and dependable. Highly recommended! Darren has been our service professional for several years and is always a pleasure.

Kendall Plumbing was called to fix an issue another plumbing company caused. The other plumber dropped a scraper tool down our toilet drain while doing a wax ring replacement. He then tried to retrieve it, but he only pushed it further back. We knew we needed to get it out to avoid possible back ups in the future. That is where Kendall Plumbing and Warren came in to save the day! They don’t make a tool specifically for this job, so Warren had to come up with an option to get it out. What I appreciate so much was he kept trying and didn’t give up after a couple of failed attempts. What a sense of relief I felt when I saw him pull it out of the drain! We will definitely be using them for all of our plumbing needs in the future! Trust me, you don’t want to call the other guys! Thank you Warren and Kendall Plumbing so much!

The service of this company is phenomenal. I called and spoken to Kristy about my problem. In less than an hour their technician - Darren showed up in my house and fixed the issues in less than 15 minutes - replaced the coupling & reconnected the burst pipe, dried & restarted water heater. The service was reasonably priced as well. Kristy actually made a follow-up call back 20 minutes after my initial call that the technician is on his way. Darren you are my savior man. Kudos to you and to the whole staff of Kendall Plumbing. Then that's a customer service indeed!

Kendall Plumbing & Rooter are amazing. 😍 We had a water main leak from a shoddy weld and repair coupling that they fixed quickly and affordably. I recommend them to anyone who will listen!
