Finding a good plumber is easier said than done. I was referred to Kendall’s by another person in the trades. I had the good fortune to communicate and work with Christi, Cary, Blake, and the owner, Kendall. What a breath of fresh air. This company is friendly, punctual, and quite fair. I had a few items that required service and I was under an unusually tight timeframe. Kendall Plumbing truly went above and beyond. I’d recommend this entity to anyone seeking quality and professionalism at a reasonable cost. A+.

Kendall Plumbing has been our go-to plumber for the past 10+ years. I figured I'm overdue for a review, since we just used them again for replacing the water heater in our new place. We've had them do a lot of various things at our old place. Everything from fixing clogged drains, leaking faucets, replacing garbage disposals on a short notice to hydro jetting the laundry line. They're always reasonably priced, honest, friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. They will explain everything so you can make the right decision. Always a pleasure working with this company. Keep up the good work!

Parts changers not troubleshooters. Changed elements, feed hoses etc before checking to see if there was power to the unit. Left with unit non-operative and a $500 bill. What’s worse is the unit was left in an unsafe condition.

Scott from Kendall Plumbing came to our mobile home today to help us unclog a bathroom drain and also install a new shower head we purchased to replace the old one. Scott was very respectful of our property, efficient in his work habits and the price was reasonable. He made sure everything was working to our satisfaction before leaving. Setting up the appointment and getting answers to our questions and concerns was also a pleasant experience. We will definitely be calling Kendall Plumbing for our next project.

So very pleased with my services from Kendall’s Plumbing. Kendall came the first time to fix an issue with the toilet, fixed in 30 minutes. Then Matt came to fix the tub spout, took longer to fix but it was a more complicated issue but wow I’m impressed with his handy work. Caulking line was the most perfect I’ve ever seen. That’s a company that cares. Also big shout out to the women running the behind the scenes, you were so helpful and a great calming presence. I can tell the company runs as smooth as it does because of those ladies!! Thank you all!

I've know everyone at Kendall Plbg for about 16 years. I've recommended them to pretty much everyone who asked for a plumber. Finding myself needing one and a slab leak guy, I knew exactly who to call! Christi gave me a name of an amazing leak detector company and scheduled Darren to come out at the same time. Darren capped off our hot water leak, then came back to reroute it. They are honest, communicate well, were on time, fair pricing... I

Amazing Company. Kitchen faucet broken with a toddler in the house. Called at 7:30 am, Kendall answered and said he would personally come same day between 10 and 12. Office called at 10:04 am, told Kendall on his way. Excellent customer service and prices. Highly recommend to anyone needing a plumber!!!!!

Poor customer service was evident throughout the entire experience. Not only was the schedule not followed as promised, but there was also a clear lack of communication and accountability. The disregard for agreed timelines caused unnecessary inconvenience, and the staff’s unresponsiveness only added to the frustration. Overall, the service fell short of expectations, leaving me disappointed and dissatisfied.

What can I say about Kendall Plumbing? Fantastic!!!! Very professional and super friendly. Service was excellent and the quality of the work was expert. A big shout out to Brett to whom I referred to as "Superman" worked all day tirelessly to complete the job. And don't forget prices are very reasonable. We have had a perpetually slow drain under our kitchen sink that our repeated snaking out could not clear, which recently escalated to a full blockage. We tried to snake the line again from two access points with no progress. Kendall answered the phone early this morning and had someone out a little more than an hour later. They cleared the line in less than 20 minutes and the charge was very reasonable. We are happy and thankful to have a fully functional drain again! The sink drains better than it has in months.
This is our second experience with this company. Our first was last year when they cut roots out of a neighborhood irrigation line for us. They did great on that too, and all our neighbors are happy to have sufficient water again!

Kendall Plumbing & Rooter company is the best! Kendall has come out a few times to help with some house updates! He fixed and installed a new sink and helped fix our garbage disposal. Kendall is professional, personable, and runs a great business. His staff is one of a kind. Wonderful service!!! Warren worked hard to get new toilets installed and was so personable and kind. From the moment I talked to Sydney all the way through Anthony doing the service. It was a stellar experience from start to finish. We had water coming from a copper pipe soaking through the ceiling with tenants who had to leave the house because water had to be shut off. I had two very large plumbing companies (P&S and PP) schedule me for a repair then when I called for ETA they said I was not even scheduled. I called Kendall on because it popped up on my google search, I said a little prayer, and called them. So very grateful we found them. Anthony discovered our water shut off valve was not working correctly and as such the water was not shutting off at all. They will be our go to for plumbing from here out.

When you need a plumber, you need a professional. We used Kendall Plumbing and Rooter to install a new water heater and service it under warranty. Lucky for us, Kerry was the guy that came out a few years ago and installed the equipment and also serviced it when there was a problem with the control box. Calling Kendall is like calling 9-1-1. They assess your needs and dispatch the appropriate response in the quickest possible time. Save this company in your contacts and call them when you need superior customer service and technical proficiency.

Showed up quickly after we called them on a Monday morning for a busted leaking water heater. The serviceman was friendly, answered all my questions, taught me things I didn’t know and didn’t make a woman feel dumb! That’s always appreciated.
The pricing seemed fair and it was accurate to what we were quoted over the phone too. We’ll be using Kendall for any future plumbing needs.

We did not have a good experience at all. Firstly they did not turn up for the original appointment, they called me and told me that they would now be coming later in the afternoon. When it got past the second quoted time I called them and was then told that they would now be coming the following day. The guy showed up the next day to service our RO drinking water and change the filters and after he left my water was running with gray and black stuff in it for a while, my husband said that was because the guy hadn’t let the water run for a while and didn’t think it would be an issue, just a bit of laziness on the plumbers part. Unfortunately the water had a bad taste, I hoped this would just be temporary l but the bad taste lingered so I called Kendall plumbing and spoke to the woman that I originally booked with and she said she would need to speak to the plumber that did the job. She called me back and told me that the plumber had told her that we had told him the water had always tasted bad. I told the lady that we actually have one of our security cameras on the kitchen window ledge and it is right above the sink and records the with audio any motion in the kitchen. I asked for a email so I could send her the video of the plumber in the kitchen in which you can hear us talking about the filter change and telling him when it was last done and that no one said anything about water tasting bad. Plus she was the person I booked the appointment with for service and filter change so she herself knows that we never had mentioned water tasting bad. She was quite rude and snappy to be honest. I don’t think she liked that we had proof their employee was lying. She said all they could do was send him back again. I asked if we could have a different plumber cos I don’t want someone that lies and did a bad job in the first place back in our home. She refused and said he would be the only one that can come and that we would also have to pay him a call out fee. Needless to say we called in another company and they told my husband the filter change had not been done correctly. They re did it and had the water back to tasting fine.
