When I bought my house it came with a kitchen sink from hell. I bought the house in 2017 and have had to use Phend a few times. They were recommended to me by a buddy who remodels houses. The first time they came over we snaked and cleared the line for the night, then they came by the next day to jet out all the grease from the previous owner. While they were at it they installed a clean out for me in the backyard to try and remedy any problems I may have in the future. Fast forward 5 years or so… I come across another grease problem. So I utilize this clean out and try to apply some of my own plumbing skills with no luck. Tyler and his team were able to come out and jet the line for me and let me look at their camera footage to ensure the problem is fixed for good. However we discovered a crack in the cast iron piping. So I’m sure I’ll be seeing them again in the near future.

Anyways, this company is so easy to work with. Their employees are nice to talk to, and very knowledgeable. I’m the kind of person who wants to learn about what’s going on and they are always willing to teach me. Their pricing always beats the competition too whenever I try and find other quotes. Phend has earned my business and they should earn yours too. Thanks guys.

My service tech, Tyler Bingham, replaced both of my old hose bibs with new brass faucets and copper tubing. The originals were over 20 years old and constantly leaking. Teague and crew came over to look at a plumbing issue connected to my air air-conditioning unit. They were both exceptionally professional, timely and committed to finding the root cause of the issue. I’ve used fan plumbing for over 12 years and cannot continue to recommend you highly enough.

Crew was the plumber from Phend who came to our house. Our water heater went out on Sunday he came over that night and provided temporary fix. . Crew returned next day and replaced the water heater. He was prompt and professional.

This company deserves more stars! I’ve had them out twice and I don’t think they could be more friendly or more fair.
Had to get a new water heater most recently and they were able to do a same day visit. The water heater was still under warranty, which was very unexpected, they would not have had to tell me that and I would never have known if they told me I needed to buy a new one. Saved me quite a bit of money.

Phend Plumbing is fantastic! I moved into a flipped house & found out that hot water was running to places it shouldn’t—like outdoor hose bibs and toilets. Ugh! Great experience both times I’ve had Tyler out - first to fix my gas water heater, then later to fix a toilet. They’re always reliable, knowledgeable, communicative, and answer my many questions in a super clear and helpful way. I’ve learned more about plumbing and maintenance from Tyler than probably any tech I’ve had. Definitely recommend!
