Highly recommend Phend Plumbing. The company was organized, timely, and communicated well. Scheduling was easy and responsive over the phone. When delayed due to longer than expected work at an earlier appointment, the company called to keep us aware. Our plumber, Crew, did excellent work. Provided a work estimate on the spot, discussed options based on our needs, and completed the work quickly and effectively. He was friendly, engaging, and professional. He put covers over his boots to avoid tracking in dirt. When completed he went over his work with us to ensure we were satisfied. Following work he cleaned up as if he never was there…except for the newly installed equipment.

Monday, March 9, 2026 - Another excellent service call from Phend Plumbing. I called at the start of service & Jaden was at my house in 30 min to repair both toilets. I was very impressed with how personable Jaden was especially to my to my 2 fur babies, he didn't seem bothered at all by them while working. He was efficient, quiet & quick. Toilets are working great. Thank you Jaden for making my Monday a good day after all !

Tyler Bingham was the service tech that came out today and he was very professional. He also gave me a few suggestions to help keep my kitchen sink from getting clogged which I appreciated.

Tyler came out because I was looking for a quote to replace a toilet flange. He was super honest with me and told me that this was something that was very easy and that I should be able to do it myself. Gave me some advice on that at no charge. Very great customer service. Would highly recommend.
