We had a great experience with Jaden today! We originally had Parker & Sons come out, in which they ended up sending us FOUR technicians within 48 hours, and no one did anything further than a leak detection cut in the drywall. We were told it was a drain line, and then we were told it's just a toilet wax ring, no one gave us consistency. Our realtor Karsen Colin then recommended Phend to us, and I'm so mad I didn't just contact them first lol. Fantastic company, friendly customer service from the girl who booked my appointment, to Jaden, our tech, was very friendly as well and was confident in what he thought our issue was. Affordable pricing, and he got it done in under an hour. I will ONLY recommend this company moving forward!

I’ve used Phend Plumbing for a couple plumbing repairs including a hose bib replacement and vacuum pressure breaker installations. They’re now my go to plumber in Mesa. Tyler is great and I’ll be requesting him as my tech for all future repairs. Very professional and always explains everything clearly. I had two major issues that needed to be addressed – a failing hot water heater and a leaky shower. I was able to get an appointment and estimate quickly. Tyler was very informative and worked with my schedule to complete the repair and replacement. I’ve used Phend Plumbing on a few projects and have always been impressed.

I called PHEND Plumbing after experiencing intermittent water backup in a shower and a bubbling toilet, which made me suspect a blockage. Booking was very quick—they even offered next-day availability but were flexible in scheduling at my convenience. Jayden arrived within the promised time window and performed a thorough inspection, checking multiple bathrooms, running water, and listening carefully for any signs of an issue.

Since the problem hadn’t reoccurred recently, he explained it was likely a minor “soft blockage” that had already cleared itself. After completing his testing, he confirmed everything looked normal and that no additional work was needed. The inspection was completely free, and I truly appreciated his honesty and transparency.

Jayden was professional, kind, and took the time to answer all of my questions. It’s rare to find a company that doesn’t recommend unnecessary work. I was very impressed and will absolutely call PHEND Plumbing again if anything comes up. Highly recommend.

Lots of kudos to Raul and Prestige!! Replaced a water valve in our master bath under the sink and dug up and replaced pvc in my front and back yard were there were huge water leaks.

While they are very nice, I had several issues with their service .1) they did not effectively communicate the true cost of their repair work, was twice what we expected.2) did not meet any of the time lines we discussed.we we were without gas for over two weeks . 3) they were confused over the permit process, first we were told we did not need a permit then we found out we certainly. 4) don't be confused over the 15% discount printed on their business card...for some reason it did not apply to the work they did for me. ...would not not recommended

Professional. Punctual. Positive. Prestige. Their name say it all. Raul helped us with a plumbing situation during a bath remodel when the original plumber said it was too complicated. Raul came right over, gave us the proper direction and set the plan in motion. He was available right up to the end of the project. Thanks Raul and thanks Prestige.

Hired Prestige Plumbing to install shampoo bowls and sinks in my salon. They did absolutely a Marvelous job. I Do recommend them. You will not be disappointed. I will be calling them for every service from now on.

On Monday I called about 6 plumbers, several did not answer their phones or if I left a message, they did not call me back. Two said they could come and look for an estimate by Friday or Saturday. Raul said he would be at my home in a few hours and he was. He took a look at my job, an additional gas line for a new dryer and gave options on how to complete the work and then gave me a quote that seemed very reasonable. I also asked him to add in a whole house water filter system. Again, the price was fair and reasonable. I agreed to have him do the work and he let me know that he could get his crew to start in two days. Two days later he called before he came but arrived around 9:00 after picking up parts and started the work (3 men). They worked in that hot attic and did not complain and did additional work not put into the estimate to make the job more efficient and safe. They were about doing a first-class job on time and on budget. Because of a few fitting issues the work was not complete in a day but they were back at it the next morning and finished in a good timeframe. The work looked excellent!!! They cleaned up after themselves and made everything perfect along with strong workmanship warranty.

My bottom line is Friendly, Fast, Affordable.

I own 15 rental homes, and have built and remodeled several other homes. I know a little bit about the work they did and the costs involved. Prestige will be my first call for any plumbing job from now on.

My home warranty company Old Republic sent out Pristine Plumbing after Everything Plumbing turned out to be a scam. Don't use them! They should rename it "Everything Plumbing Except Water Heaters LLC". Pristine Plumbing came out and diagnosed the problem, upgraded my water heater and had my hot water running before noon the next day. I had a lot of questions throughout the process. Pristine's office was patient and excellent with communication. The window for when the plumber would arrive was narrow compared to some places being 5 hours. I would highly recommend Pristine Plumbing!

Old sewer pipes collapsed and left me with an emergency situation. Two other companies did some demo work, and I was left with a disaster and an estimate I could not afford. Prestige Plumbing came in with an estimate that was fair and thorough (unlike the other company that wanted to charge more for less work). Their schedule was full, but they fit me in and even worked to accommodate some scheduling issues I had. I observed them working and asked a million questions, but they took the time to explain what they were doing and answered every question I had. When I ran into some issues that went beyond their portion of the job, they offered opinions and pointed me in the right direction.
This was an extensive job (they cut concrete and dug trenches in my house), and I have never seen more hardworking and respectful employees. They were honest, patient, and helpful, and they did not try to talk me into anything that was not necessary.
I won’t have to worry about plumbing for a very long time, but if I did I would call Prestige Plumbing. I am incredibly happy with the work they did, and I will refer everyone I know whether it is a leaky faucet or pipes that need to be replaced. Thanks Raul!

Prestige Plumbing just completed a big job for us and we’re extremely satisfied! They gave us a professional opinion and details on what it took to eradicate our gas leak problems.
