He was on time, efficient, and explained everything he was doing, and why it had to be done. He even fit in extra cleaning options for us, same day. The air quality feels noticeably cleaner already. We will definitely use pureair for all of our vent cleaning services in the future!

I got this deal thru LivingSocial. I had my AC air duct cleaned by 2 men crew. They did a good job. I feel the air cleaner. Initially, I was not planning to do anything beyond the deal, but Joe explained to me the process. He took pictures of before and after. This really opened my eyes. I had a problem with my ac it was working and kinda throwing dust in my house.
I contact pure air service Az to assist with the problem, joe came on time,well dressed with clean truck after checking my unit he offered complete ventilation cleaning system to my unit, I paid very fair price.
Now a week later I can say that my unit have never worked like that before!

Thought I needed just an annual cleaning but after Joe came I was told the vents hadn’t been cleaned in over 20 yrs. Joe did a great job. I no longer wake up stuffy and coughing. Air feels fresh and clean. So very satisfied with the job.

Technician was respectful & courteous. Knowledgeable pertaining to the products used. The technician identified the issue, & addressed it without trying to upsell me on things that I didn't need.

The pure Air technicians were professional in every way. They performed the service of cleaning the air ducts as well as the AC coils and equipment in the attic. They also introduced me to much better air filters for my AC units. I will continue to use Pure Air for annual cleanings. I highly recommend this company.

I had Joe come out to my residence on a Sunday even though it was Father's Day and he showed no signs on being in a rush. Pictures were taken to ensure that up-sell wasn't the primary goal of the appointment. He is very polite and patient. It is a small and local business. Please support. The reviews of excellent customer service will are accurate; this company is focused on customer service, so the complaints from the other two reviews don't add up. Thank you again.

We had difficulty with our brand new dryer due to our ventilation duct being congested with an enormous amount of lint. He responded the same morning we called and handled a very difficult job with extreme professionalism. We highly recommend his services.

In January, after a kitchen rennovation I hired Pure Air Service AZ based on google reviews. I needed them to clean the house ductwork, and the dryer vent because clothes were not drying. Alex came out and checked the ductwork & said they didn't need cleaning, but instead would service the dryer vent and clean the intake handler for the heat. Alex also said he would have to contact the office to get 'permission' to swap out the services at this price, and that I was getting a deal! At the time I felt like he was a used car salesman. The dryer vent was clogged with wet lint - he cleaned it out and replaced the vent connected to the dryer. I asked him to clean the vent all the way up and he said it didn't need to be done. He said I would have to run the dryer on high a lot over the next week to dry up the water which I did. Since then I still cannot get the medium setting to dry clothes on first pass and this is a newer dryer - nothing wrong with it. I called a month later & got into a heated argument with the 'manager'. I waited a month because I don't do that much laundry and was trying to see if the humidity problem would clear up like Alex said it would. He said Alex wrote down that he offered me to do additional dryer vent cleaning at a charge but I turned it down; that is NOT TRUE. The manager said they could come out again, but it would cost me again if they needed to do any further work on the dryer vent. I said forget it, I'll hire another more reputable company and he said everyone else EXCEPT them will rip me off. Yeah right. They DO NOT STAND BY THEIR WORK, don't get scammed by them.

No words can express my gratitude to Pure Air and especially Alex for an outstanding job today. Alex helped clear our our Dryer vent and went above and beyond our expectations. Not only was he exceptionally detailed, he was an equally gracious teacher who helped educated me on the whole process from beginning to end. I purchased a new home a few months ago that has both AC and Swamp Cooler and figured it was getting to the time to go through the Cooler before use. After I had it ready to run I turned on the Fan and lots of dust blew out of the vents so on a neighbors recommendation I called Pure Air Service and was able to schedule a next day service. They came out and explained in detail what they were going to do for me and also asked to address any concerns or questions I may have and then proceeded to clean my ducts, registers & etc. I had a slight rattle when the air was blowing and just wrote it off as a register making the noise as it turns out it was two old Beer cans that were in the system from who know when or how or why.. Now my system is clean, debris free and never smelling or operating better. Thanks for a job well done and we’ll definitely refer your business to others.

Joe came out to our home today after we bought a groupon deal. We needed a few additional services done, and he spent a lot of time explaining everything and made sure I didn't feel pressured into purchasing anything.

I received a mailer coupon for this company so I scheduled service and I'm glad I did because my vents were dangerously full, especially the dryer vent.
