Highly recommend! Our tech Alex was extremely thoughrough and friendly! He explained how everything works, what we could possibly run into as far as issues in our ducts and services provided today including other options. Alex went above and beyond his job and truly cares about the health and well-being of his customers.

The woman that answers the phone is extremely nice! Even first thing in the morning, she was warm and friendly!

We had some additional questions prior to our appointment and received a phone call on Sunday from dispatch to help explain everything.

I just had them come out to clean my dryer vent. The technician was on time, very professional and friendly. He took the time to explain what needed to be done and answered all of my questions. I appreciate the fact that he didn't over charge me for the service. I will definitely be using them in the future. Very happy with the service provided!

Pure Air got me on their schedule quickly and with a new baby on the way, that was of major importance. They cleaned and sanitized ducts and dryer vent, left the house clean, and gave excellent tips to make our system more efficient. Our technician, Alex, was courteous, knowledgeable, and all around fabulous. He even gave my dogs a good rub down and a few “good doggos” before he left. Will use again.

My neighbor in the condo adjoining ours contacted PureAir for dryer vent cleaning. Since ours had not been done in the three years we have owned our place, and not knowing what the previous owners had done, I asked him to send the service tech to us for the same service, if the tech was willing. Alex, the tech, was on time and was very personable. He cleaned the dryer vents, including the bird nest in the top in about 20 minutes. He said the vent was pretty clean, so it was just a "maintenance call." In all, the bill was exactly $79. There was no intent to upsell, and I am very happy with the service. I would recommend PureAir for this service and will consider calling them for A/C duct cleaning if I feel I need it.

Alex was prompt, clean and safe during COVID. He called early and said he could arrive early if we wanted him to. He had a mask and shoe booties on. He explained everything very well and took photos for me to review. I would definitely recommend this company and Alex in particular.

I am renting and I wanted to be sure our air ducts were clean since I will be the one living in and breathing the air (and paying the heating/cooling bill!). Also who knows when the ducts were last cleaned in a rental property? Gross. Joe did and initial inspection and as I suspected the ducts were filthy. He was very helpful and explained to me the requirements for proper maintenance of the system and what services he could provide. Very trustworthy and did a great job.

They called as they were going through the house to discuss the condition of both air ducts and the air conditioning unit so we could decide together the best action to take to improve efficiency and prevent future problems. Pure Air Service recently cleaned our air ducts and dryer vent. They were quick to respond, flexibe with my schedule, and it didn't feel like they were trying to sell me. The technicians arrived on time, and went straight to work. The air ducts in our rental home had never been cleaned, other than the changing of the filter, and minor cleaning outside the intake vent upon moving in. The air was causing throat irritation, and I began finding black fibers on the floor outside the vents. Joe and Alex were professional and explained what needed to be completed, and worked with the property manager. They vacuumed, and used negative room pressure, and verified that there was dirty sticking to the ducts that needed to be deep cleaned. The PM would not approve all that was recommended, but Joe and Alex went above and beyond to leave the house in healthy living condition. I would definitely recommend them, and would not hesitate to use them, again.

Just had a comprehensive cleaning performed by Alex, of Pure Air Services AZ. Alex showed up on time, called ahead, was very friendly and professional, and did a thorough job. As he inspected the duct system in the house, he pointed out problem areas around vent seams and the like, which were contributing to poor indoor air quality. For a reasonable up-charge, Alex performed patch & repair services to correct these issues during the same service call.

He also educated me on options for better air filtration into the HVAC system, as well as on ways to "load balance" the air flow through the ducts in a way that distributes air more effectively to the rooms that need it more (this is a separate service I will likely schedule later on, once I think through where I want the maximal AC or heat flow).

I highly recommend Pure Air Services AZ, and hats off to Alex for doing such a great job. The company also provides, among other things, tile cleaning and laundry dryer vent cleaning services (something that should be done on a regular schedule, to protect appliances and minimize risk of wall fire).

We had Joe come to our newly purchased home and perform an inspection on our air ducts. He took a bunch of pictures and explained all his findings and was patient with all our questions and took the time to answer. That meant a lot to us.

Called around to get a price for dryer duct air cleaning and Pureair Services AZ had the best price. Called the following day and they were able to get me that same day late afternoon before my new dryer was to come the next day. Adam came out with a coworker and because we had never cleaned our air vents in 28 years besides a do it yourself one time they were pretty bad. Ignorance is not always bliss! Cost more to take care of the clog but definitely worth it in the end. They did a good job of cleaning up after they were done. I appreciated Adam explaining what goes on there in the walls.

I used Pure Air Service for the first time today to have the air ducts and the dryer vent in my condo cleaned and had a great experience with the service technician Alex. I've owned the home for over two years now and don't know when the previous owner last cleaned either, so I knew both were likely overdue for a cleaning. I chose Pure Air Service for their great reviews and availability, I called Monday and they got me in for Thursday morning which was greatly appreciated—especially being so close to the holidays.

The technician Alex was very professional, friendly, and efficient. He explained what he'll be doing before starting, updated me as he cleaned each vent, and took the time to point out two moderate issues along the way. He caught some mold in the bathroom vent which he treated per my request, but first let me know I could treat it myself if I preferred to. Throughout the whole process, he was up front about costs and did not make me feel pressured to add any services. For the dryer vent, he pointed out a bit of a weird issue with the duct (the result of a DIY by a previous owner is my guess) that I was unaware of and explained how to make a temporary fix I could do myself now, and recommended what should be done (by a contractor) for a better fix that will make it easier to pull the dryer in/out of the closet area without issues. He also gave me a rough estimate of what it should cost me at maximum, based on what he thought needed to be done, so I would know if I was being overcharged once I start looking for a contractor.

Overall, Alex provided A+ services and went above and beyond. I would recommend Pure Air Service to anyone in the area and will be sure to use them in the future.
