Layco just completed a replacement system for us after the compressor failed on our 12 year old Trane system. It is no fun being without AC in August in Phoenix. Layco came out very quickly, explained the diagnosis and options very carefully. He recommended an American Standard 4 ton, 17 SEER system and installed it with great attention to detail. He did things right.

The new system is more quiet than the old one, the cooling works very well. We can recommend Layco because of excellent service and a highly professional business approach.

I noticed that the air coming out of the upstairs vents was much weaker than the air downstairs. Max performed an HVAC duct cleaning and found that one of the dampers was stuck partially closed. He fixed the damper and cleaned the entire system to improve the airflow and balance the temperature. He also performed an air duct cleaning service on the second floor to ensure everything was spotless. Now the upstairs stays at the perfect temperature, and the airflow is much stronger. He was a very skilled and professional technician who did a great job.
