I can’t emphasize enough how incredible this team is! Besides doing top quality work, they genuinely care about their customers. We had them help with our old AC units, then replace them with two new units and they have even come back to help with a thermostat issue - they didn’t even charge for two of the visits; they just wanted to make sure things were right and safe. I can’t say enough about the quality and customer focused approach! Highly recommend them!

After current contractor had been out 3 times and still no ac decided to go through my home warranty. Got Rick who was able to determine that a rat chewed through wiring that was blowing fuses vs current contractor wanted us to install a new thermostat. Ac is working great now & was one & done!!

want to share my experience with Action Mechanical, as it was a long process but ultimately a positive one. My A/C went out in the middle of summer, and Action Mechanical came out multiple times to troubleshoot the issue. I did end up paying a significant amount out of pocket ($3,400) and went through a lot of back-and-forth with my home warranty company, which was very frustrating at times.

Through it all, Action Mechanical remained responsive and kept coming back until the system was truly fixed. On their last visit, they discovered and corrected something that had been missed earlier, and they made it right without charging me anything additional. Since then, my A/C has been cooling properly and cycling off as it should.

What stood out to me was that they didn’t just walk away — they stayed committed to resolving the problem, admitted when something was overlooked, and followed through until it was working correctly. That honesty and persistence mean a lot.

I’m grateful for their help and would recommend Action Mechanical to anyone who needs A/C service.

Had a great experience using Action Mechanical Services. It all started with great Customer Service from Brittany when she answered the phone. I was really in need of getting our AC working right away because of the high temperatures everybody experiences here in Arizona.I was very fortunate. She was able to get somebody out there that same day and take care of the issue with my AC unit.When we spoke on the phone I could sincerely tell she really cared about getting it done for me right away. She’s is also complemented by very strong people skills which she delivered answering all my questions and concerns. Rick, the technicians showed up shortly after my phone call and was able to solve the issue with my AC unit right away. I highly recommend this company to anybody experiencing any type of issue with their HVAC unit.

First of all, for those of you that are skeptics when you see so many 5 star reviews, I can tell you that Action Mechanical is the real deal. I called the home warranty co.(AHS) and requested repair service for our A/C at about 5:30pm Monday afternoon, Action Mechanical called at 7:30am Tuesday morning, and their tech Todd was at our home 2 hours later. In less than 2 hours Todd diagnosed and completed repairs at the outside ground unit, and at the Air handler in the attic. Repairs expertly completed within 18 hours of my call to the warranty company. I'd give them more than 5 stars if possible. Fast, friendly, and professional... Action Mechanical Services is now our go-to for everything HVAC.

The came out and replaced my cord turned out the first tech didn’t check it all the way through but the second tech made it right finding a short. Was sad about it at first cuz my dogs were super cold. But the second gent made it a great experience!! ‘We don’t have time to check our work but we do have time to redo the work. “ sometimes this has to happen for experience on all parties.

We would like to praise the entire team at Action Mechanical. We had a bit of a mishap during the new unit installation that resulted in a small flood. The installation crew jumped into action instantly to minimize as much damage as possible. Sean’s quick acrobatics shut things down quickly and prevented a worse outcome. The Owner Seth, his Office Manager Dawn and his entire team went above and beyond to make things right! They immediately put us in a beautiful hotel, arranged for our house to be professionally cleaned, and fixed the damaged baseboards and flooring. They worked to make sure the neighbors below our unit were well taken care of and completely satisfied through the entire process. Their commitment to handling the situation was impressive. They truly made us feel cared for every step of the way. Above and beyond the things they “should have” done for us, they generously gifted a whole home air filtration system. As silly as it may sound to others, that gesture made the biggest difference to us. It showed they weren’t just handling what was required, they truly cared that we felt cared for and appreciated. Mistakes can happen, but it’s refreshing to see a company stand behind their work and take care of their customers so thoroughly. Highly recommended for both their professionalism and integrity!

I have a maintenance plan & Rick does a great job on maintaining my AC units He is informative and honest. . I have had him for 11 years. I Just replaced one of my AC units and Shey & Hugo did an amazing job installing it. They were both friendly and informative and paid great attention to detail. And did a beautiful job on cleanup after the job is finished. I highly recommend this company!!

Unprofessional employee driving this company vehicle. He was tailgating other vehicles on the road and texting while driving. Complete disregard for the safety of others on the road.
