I had an excellent experience with Action Mechanical Services. They serviced my HVAC system thoroughly and did a complete duct cleaning, and the difference in air quality was noticeable right away. The technicians were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what they were doing.
What really impressed me was their attention to detail and customer care—they even did a courtesy clean-out of my dryer vent, which was unexpected and greatly appreciated. Everything was left clean and tidy, and the service felt honest and high-quality from start to finish.

Action mechanical were great very professionals. They came to maintenance my AC unit to tune it up pointed out some issues that I was not even aware of in the past. Justin was Our Teck guy he was very clear very honest Professional very nice. Super trustworthy and reliable.

The team at Action Mechanical is amazing! They had a technician on my roof in less than an hour from my first call. It turned out my heat pump unit was leaking refrigerant and was too old to order repair parts. The technician was able to work with the team at the office to quickly provide some replacement options. Less than 48 hours later a crane was in my driveway lifting a new AC to my roof. The team does a great job coordinating all the moving parts and communicated with me regularly. They also provided reasonable financing for this unexpected expense.

Tech was friendly and knowledgeable. We had 2 HVAC units serviced for summer season. One unit motor upon startup and diagnostic just stopped. The tech called it in to our home warranty (AHS) and got it approved while he was still at our home for maintenance call. Fixed and found out why a 1.5 year old motor stopped due to previous tech's error. Restored my belief in craftsmen caring about their craft and good customer service.

Action Mechanical Services was dispatched by my home warranty provider to conduct an A/C tune-up. Rick, the technician, was exceptionally punctual and remarkably courteous. Upon completing the inspection, he presented me with a photograph of my coils, which appeared extremely dirty, and suggested a cleaning service. He provided a quote that I found to be very fair, and he promptly completed the work during the same visit. Afterward, he displayed the now clean coils, revealing a remarkable improvement from their previous state. Rick was incredibly helpful and is undoubtedly a valuable asset to Action Mechanical Services.

Outstanding service from start to finish. The HVAC team was professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the issue clearly, walked me through my options, and never tried to upsell unnecessary work. The repair/install was done efficiently, the workspace was left spotless, and everything works perfectly.

What really stood out was their honesty and attention to detail—you can tell they take pride in their work. Pricing was fair, communication was excellent, and the whole experience was stress-free. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality HVAC service. This is the kind of company you want to keep on speed dial.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Kyle and Hugo were super amazing!! Very professional, courteous, and personable. I have literally never had this kind of service from a technician let alone two. Hands down best experience ever! They were prompt and respectful of my property. They both had really good energy. They made sure my AC was functional with no additional concerns, and they communicated every step of the way. I will definitely recommend Action Mechanics and glad they will now be my go to company for any future AC concerns.

After all the hard work Kyle and Hugo did on my system 3/3 it stop functioning. Action sent out Scott today and my motor needed replaced. He went got the part and fixed the unit and it is blowing like snow 😀 Scott was also professional and personable and kept me informed on the repair. My experience with Action Mechanical has been impeccable. I appreciate the urgency and thoroughness. Hands down I will recommend to anyone needing services/repair.

This company is an absolute joke, spoke with them at 2 home shows to do an energy analysis each time, NEITHER TIME WERE THEY RESPONSIVE AFTERWARDS OR SHOW UP FOR THEIR APPT, WHEN CALLED ASKING WHY DIDN'T SHOW, THEY WOULD NOT LOOK INTO IT, TWICE NOT SHOWING UP IS INAPPROPIATE, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY !!!!!
