Hands down one of the best decisions I've made when moving to the valley was signing up with these folks for their 10 year maintenance plan. They come out twice a year to check my AC unit, which is over 8 years old, and keep it running. We had an event happen this weekend that caused our AC fan to run, but no cold air was coming out. They were out there in the agreed upon 4 hour timeframes and got my issue resolved quickly, and the awesome thing was it didnt drain my bank account to get it up and going. Every time they've come out, they are some of the most genuine folks I have ever dealt with. Jonathan and his team are fantastic! I openly tell anyone with AC troubles to give them a call!

We had Jonathan come out and clean our AC coils. He was great! Very efficient and professional. He explained what he was doing and the need for everything, along with the prices. He did not try to up-sell anything, which is a good change of pace. I would highly recommend this company for any AC needs!!

My AC unit was barely hanging on and needed to be replaced. It finally stopped working on Sunday night. Called Ables Mechanical on Monday, and they had a brand new split system unit installed by 9:30 am on Tuesday.

Couldn't be happier with their timely response and quality workmanship. They even went above and beyond and installed larger ductwork for the return to allow the new unit to breathe more efficiently, and added a new WIFI thermostat.

There is serious airflow now, and it is COLD. I would recommend Ables Mechanical to anyone. These guys really know what they are doing.

David has come out to our house the last two times and has been amazing. So experienced and efficient. He also helped to troubleshoot an electrical issue that had been a mystery for years. Very thankful for this company!

We recently did an addition to our garage and our contractor used Ables Mechanical to install 3 mini splits in our garage. Our two 5 tons units for our house are running towards the end of their lifespan. I reached out to Ables Mechanical on August 5th for a quote. The owner Scott was quick to reply at first. I emailed him on August 8th to confirm a date and time to meet at our house, and again on the 10th with no response. One of our mini splits stopped working around August 21st. As they were installed less than a month ago, I contacted our contractor. On September 8th Ables Mechanical showed up to address the mini split issue. Apparently, they forgot to screw the cap on the refrigerant all the way in, causing the issue with our mini split. Anyways I told our contractor who was there about the issues getting a reply from Ables. He seemed surprised and said the owner was right there working on the mini split. When I mentioned this to Scott, he knew right away who I was and said he was sorry, but he had been busy. He said he would take a look at the 5-ton units and would email me quotes. I sent him an email on September 23rd asking if he had the quotes since I hadn’t received them. Haven’t heard from him since. I would’ve liked to use them going forward as our AC company, unfortunately they don’t seem like a reliable option.

We just had Ables install a new heat pump and thermostat. It required some extra coordination as we were having our roof replaced at the same time.
